I got my asthma under control in my late teens, moved out of state and stopped coming here. I ended up moving back to Idaho in my early 20's and with moving back came my allergies with them. Different plant life in our state caused my asthma and allergies to go nuts so of course I came back to this office. My first visit back I was seen by Dr. Keiley and I won't be seen by anyone else. Dr. Keiley is the kindest, honest and most caring doctor. He takes time with me during our appointments to make sure that I have everything I need or if I have any medical concerns that need to be addressed. When I'm super sick and need to be seen, Dr. Keiley will squeeze me in so I'm taken care of. He is truly passionate about helping his patients. I'm grateful to have him as my specialist. If you're looking for a specialist in asthma and allergies, Dr. Keiley is the doctor for you! His team of nurses are great. You will be taken such great care of. There is no one else I would trust more than Dr. Keiley, especially with my health.

Yes, he's a bit no nonsense, and gets to the point. I like that, no wasting time trying to BS me, just get to the issue at hand. I had a severely deviated septum, and got straight facts and no nonsense options. That doesn't mean he wasn't professional, he definitely was. He laid out my options, let me know what he recommended, and answered all my questions. The staff is great,couldn't ask for a nicer group of people. Appointments were easy to make, there wasn't a time they couldn't accommodate. Im busy, so appointment call reminders the day before, plus email reminders helped me make it on time. Running late? I was for my 1 week post surgery follow up, during a snowstorm. Called them, they just told me be safe and get there when I get there. Holy crap, common sense prevails. The surgery was done right there, down the hall/next door in their surgery center. Again, staff was great. My whole team was easy going, but right on schedule. After care was awesome. Overall it was a very seamless process. Still working with them, and will continue to until I'm done.

I went months trying to figure out how to fix my chronic sinus infections, and he was finally able to give me the proper mix of steroids, antibiotics, Flonase, and nasal irrigations to fix it. Unfortunately, with my biology, my sinus infections came back, and Dr. Boyajian discussed surgery with me. Not once did he force or coerce me to get surgery but did tell me the reality of my situation and in reality... I needed to get surgery to truly stop taking so much medication for the rest of my life. Once I decided surgery was my best option, the process was simple, straightforward, and knowledgeable. I was extremely nervous, but Dr. Boyajian has specialized in sinuses for 30 YEARS, and I felt safe with him performing my surgery. His sinus surgery does not require the stents to be put in (unless extreme circumstances), and I woke up feeling completely fine after the surgery! I only bled for one day and didn't feel any pain through the process. Surgery was on a Thursday, so I took Thursday and Friday off and was back at work by Monday. The only inconvenience is having to irrigate your nose, but it's well worth it if I can avoid the stents. Dr. Boyajian was a great doctor who gave it to me straight and really cares about my well-being. I'm definitely not "just another patient" here. I will be recommending everyone here in the future!

They were nice up front, but rushed me through the whole process and don't give me a proper quote to have track record of expected charges. When I asked questions about the possible fees, they twice assured me the estimate was very reasonable despite what the weird not-estimate they gave me implied. So I went with allergy testing. What did I get? No actionable insight or help, very little quick explanation of a couple of my results, and a surprise bill in the mail TEN TIMES LARGER than what I was assured it'd be. Now I've tried calling them and they won't help me or call me back. DISHONEST, LIARS, CHEATS. Avoid at all costs.

He was showing me the sights and had to stop by his office. As he was showing me his office, he asked me when was the last time I had my blood drawn and tested. I told him it had been years. At his insistence, he drew my blood and sent it off to the lab. A few days later, the results were back. He does not care about the patients and runs it like a shoddy 3rd rate money grab.
