I was a patient in years past prior to visiting this location. The doctor was decent, but the…read morenurses and support staff made it a horrible experience. He prescribed a medication that the nurse didn't send to the pharmacy on a Friday afternoon. Once it was finally received, the medication was rejected by my insurance. It wasn't cheap. I called the office and his nurse insisted that I wait for insurance to accept it. This went on for weeks. Even my pharmacist called & tried to explain simple facts to them; the insurance doesn't cover the medication to no avail. Then when I tried to contact the doctor directly via email, the nurse would reply on his behalf. In the end, I gave up trying to get care for a sinus infection and found better at Primary Health. In my opinion, this place is a rat race of unprofessionally incompetence that I don't recommend to anyone!

I was pleasantly surprised to show up on a Sunday morning to an empty waiting room and was promptly seen! Not once did I feel rushed during my time with staff, who were thorough and informative. Shoutout to my down to earth and thorough Provider and caring medical assistant! All of my concerns were succinctly addressed and resolved- rather than dismissed or glossed over, which is so frustrating! The provider was accessible and friendly and Kate was very sweet. They are a great model for health-care staff in general; the way they treat all patients equally and with compassion as well as their willingness to address all concerns would be roundly welcomed at all hospitals, docs offices, and urgent cares. They even sent me home with supplies and a prescription available right next door at Walgreens. Super convenient setup. A tip: turn into the Walgreens parking lot to get here as that is the only way in.

I went in days before my appointment missed my appointment. Stephanie Dr Crownovers RN saw me. The next time they spoke she told him how I wasn't acting right, my skin color was not good, I was glassy eyed. He said called him and get him in here. That busy people would take time out of their day to be concerned about someone that most practices would consider just another patient amazes me. The story gets better, I went in and Dr Crownover did blood tests in house. Who has a lab in their Practice TV Medicine does. In a short time He told me to go to a certain place because they work with my insurance better and cost less. He was truly concerned about me from my health to finances. About 30 minutes later getting a CT scan. Dr Crownover himself calls me and tells me that someone needs to take me to the hospital. At the hospital I am told that I may not survive. I had a mess in my liver that was over 30cm in diameter. It had filled my body with ammonia I was in trouble. The hospital did a good job of helping me get my health turned around. I was sent home after the hospital had told me that their home care manager had set up everything and I was good to go home and people would be calling and setting up taking care of my home care needs. About a week later and no one has called I have no idea who to call. My wife called and Spoke with Michaela and Stephanie. They have stepped in and taken such good care of me. On my initial intake, I was swabbed for influenza…read more When I met the nurse, I explained that my son had the flu and was hospitalized, my wife, my sister and her husband were all sick with the same symptoms; I told the nurse I was an asthmatic as well. I had a severe cough so the nurse listened to my chest and checked my ears. He stated my lungs were clear and that my ear was "angry." He prescribed an antibiotic and a cough suppressant. He also told me the swab was "99.9% accurate," which is false. He was lying and sorely incompetent. My wife has since tested positive for the same type influenza that my son tested positive for. The nurse sent an asthmatic away with the flu and an antibiotic instead of giving Tamiflu to prevent severe symptoms. If I end up hospitalized there will most definitely be a lawsuit. We need more doctors or more competently qualified nurses with doctor oversight. I will never come back to this place.
