Anyhow, I do remember them telling me they will NEVER take more than the client, you guys, they made that possible by only giving ME .99cents MORE THAN THEM!!! Are you for reals!!!! They knew I was newly into my car loan so I was still a few thousand dollars upside down. I am a single mom, to a child no less with a life threatening disease. They knew I lost the job I was going to get because of this, I had two surgeries and permanent damage, but they didn't care! They made sure to lower the doctors bills to benefit them!!! Had I not hired them and gone with my own insurance i would've have DOUBLED what I was entitled too!!! They made it seem like because they went down to 25.16% of the fee it was a great deal! No they only gave me .99 MORE!!! They even charged me 502.36 for in office costs and medical records! Than why in the hell did they need that percentage!!! This is truly disgusting and not right. I had to do a lot on my side so my family, a single mom, could stay afloat!!! You can't tell me the firm couldn't have given me a couple thousand more!!!! DON'T GO WITH THESE GUYS! Had I not been so impatient and angry, I would've gone with Greg Swapp. SO SO DISGUSTED. .99 cents to help them sleep at night!!!!

He missed a court date and I was caught standing there with my dk in my hands. The next hearing he didn't even know my name or know ANYTHING about my case!!! I later found out that it took him 3 times to pass the state BAR exam. He settles ALL of his cases and the offenders get the same sentence they would have gotten if they had no attorney at all. After the prosecuting attorney made me their offer based on the case that Kelly made I decided to hire another attorney. I had a legitimate case. I was pulled over in a construction zone going 2 miles over the construction speed. My new attorney actually looked into the case and proved that the construction zone sign placement on the road did not match the engineering plans submitted to UDOT. The cop had started his "investigation" (tuned on his lights to pull me over) before the actual "approved" construction zone began and got the charges dropped. ANY AVERAGE attorney that passed the bar exam the first time would have actually spent five minutes to look into the facts and defended the case. FYI attorney's take an oath to defend the innocent. This man will feed you to the court and take your money as he is laughing to the bank!!!

And I could get attorney fees back too. He left in 2024 to his new law firm he's working at now. I got a new attorney instead of the case going with him. They defended the other party and threw the case. It cost me several thousand around $12 to 15 thousand the attorney office told me to put it into insurance and have the hoa take care of it now. The hoa is saying there putting the owner now on the board and hasn't even fixed their leak. And since it went that way they put it on my insurance for over $17,000 instead of the other parties insurance like it should be. I know Farr Cragun and Berube are not good attorneys I think I would have had better luck with Brody. But for me the case was lost and the harassment from there renters don't stop. during the case they used 5 attorney. Thanks Donald Smuin

I was very WRONG!!! Mohammed made it seem that he was going to take care of me and really cared about my situation (divorce). From the get go I should have seen the red flags (many of them) his last attempt for me to refill my retainer is when I finally noticed to be done!!! His soul goal was to make sure his bank account was satisfied and nothing else mattered. Please do your research on divorce lawyers (especially if it's your first ever divorce) I was definitely taken advantage of and was charged over $6k for absolutely NOTHING!!! Countless time on meetings and phone calls that lead nowhere and he claimed he wasn't getting response from other lawyer involved and made many excuses why it was taking so long. Never once mentioned mediation in the beginning. MEDIATION should percent be done first thing before any lawyer involved I ended up firing Mohammed and went to mediation and offered exactly what we were planning to offer and was done in 4 hours and only had to spend $550. Now I am in a huge $6k hole (nothing received for this money) and I should of done more research instead of doing what most people think is right(hire a lawyer who should have experience and knowledge) PLEASE do not waste your money or time with this firm. I feel like I definitely got conned out of $6k.

I wasn't going to leave a negative review( this was more than year ago) but I just received an invoice for $6 for an apparent text message sent last month. I haven't even spoken with the law firm for well over a year! It's only $6 but it's ludicrous. My case was closed. They took it off right away when I called, apparently they have a client with the same first name so they sent me their invoice. I'd look elsewhere for representation.

I close friend said Miles was his family's lawyer and that I should fire my attorney and hire Miles. Within a hour of my phone call for help Miles and his assistant had driven from Layton to my house in tooele and took my case. In less than 30 days I had more money than expected and my case was finally resolved. I am so grateful to Miles and his excellent staff who made it possible for me to keep my house and my sanity by eliminating all obstacles from the insurance company who did not want to pay me in a timely manner and that made no effort to ease my suffering or loss of my leg for life. Words do not express how grateful I am for their care and concern for my well being.
