And I could get attorney fees back too. He left in 2024 to his new law firm he's working at now. I got a new attorney instead of the case going with him. They defended the other party and threw the case. It cost me several thousand around $12 to 15 thousand the attorney office told me to put it into insurance and have the hoa take care of it now. The hoa is saying there putting the owner now on the board and hasn't even fixed their leak. And since it went that way they put it on my insurance for over $17,000 instead of the other parties insurance like it should be. I know Farr Cragun and Berube are not good attorneys I think I would have had better luck with Brody.
