I used these guys based on their reviews and advertisements!!! I didn't see any money until five years after my accident and then when I did go pick up my check I ended up getting less money than the attorney fees!!!!!! we did have to go to arbitration however I felt that the attorney didn't really know everything that was going on with the case, the other party had some of my medical documents but not all of them I had to show the attorney while we were in arbitration that yes I did in fact have appointments in between certain amount of time however when the rebuttal came he felt to mention the proof of having those !!! I feel like an after thought and not a valued customer when in fact they walked away with more than I did so they should have treated me with a lot more compassion and give a crap!!!!???? I even referred my mom to them and I didn't even get a thank you!!! I also feel the settlement was too low! read more

Worst Attorney ever!! Completely ruined everything my daughter has worked so hard for. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! My daughter was rear ended 6 months ago. She had a new car less than 1 month old. She was hit so hard that the insurance company totalled the car but didn't even give her what she owed on the car. (about $3000 less). Since she was hit so hard she had to go to the chiropractor about 10x and an MRI was ordered. Medical bills didn't quite total $3000. Overall not a lot but for a 20yr old who is now out a car, but still having to pay on the wrecked car, the new medical bills and all of her other bills, she was sinking fast. On top of that, since she still owed money on the car, the bank wouldn't loan her money for a new car.... so we (mom & dad) got the job of having to drive her to and from work everyday (Utah county to SLC). My daughter met Damian Kidd at the offices of Driggs, Bills & Day, who initially, gave her a lot of hope that it would, indeed all be worked out and taken care of. After 6 months of a complete run-around she was told that nothing $0 would be covered since her medical bills didn't exceed $3000. Nothing for the car, absolutely not one cent! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? That would've been very helpful to know such a major detail 6 months ago. Because of the absolute lack of help, advice and not even a thought as to the stress this has caused, all of her medical bills are now in collection (she was told not to worry about paying them because she would get a settlement to cover the bills). The Advocates were more than helpful. I had a very traumatic car accident. I was pregnant and my placenta was damaged by the impact. The car insurance agents were very rude and almost harassing. I had such a hard time dealing with the reality of what was going on, the fear of losing my unborn child, the doctor's appointments I needed to go to, the car and health insurance companies, taking care of my other two children, and I needed help!
