Her work is very airy and minimally processed. I contacted her about three months before my baby was born to make sure that we had an appointment available (she only takes five newborn shoots per month). Reda was prompt and continued to communicate with me even after my baby was born a week after his due date. Her studio is in her home; it is clean, comfortable, and you can park right outside her house. There are so many windows that allow for natural light to come in (which helps with their airy feelings of her finished photos). Her studio is kept at a warm temperature (perfect for the baby). You can pay via cash, Venmo, or quick-pay. A couple of weeks before my baby's birth, we spoke about my ideas/vision, and when we met for the shoot, she had those items ready. However, if you changed your mind, she has an extensive collection of wraps, backgrounds, and accessories. She is also the baby whisperer; whenever the baby would begin to whimper/cry, she knew what to do so that the baby would stop crying and be ready to take pictures. Reda gave us four finished images the day after the shoot and the finished gallery about three weeks later. I would highly recommend Juodis Photography for newborn photography because her studio is clean, her finished images are gorgeous, and her personality is perfect for new parents and babies. She is a pleasure to work with and is open to parent suggestions/ a parent's vision. Thank you, Reda!

She responded quickly (which was a blessing, considering that I asked her about a newborn photoshoot when my newborn was already 2 weeks old - dumb move on my part!) Reda not only responded quickly, but she accommodated me the SAME WEEK for the newborn photos appt. I didn't really know what to expect or how my baby would behave during the appt, but Reda was calm, patient, and I learned a few tricks on how to calm my baby down by watching her work with my daughter. As far as the photoshoot - she took her time and made sure that my baby was comfortable and took amazing photos of her. She got the sneak peak and photos back to me quickly and my family is IN LOVE with how they turned out. She was amazing to work with and I have already recommended her to other family and friends.

My wife and I have two beautiful girls age 1 & 3, and being 21 months apart they are a handful. They are also going through that shy phase. So I needed a photographer that could handle two rambunctious girls, but, one who could also be warm and inviting so my girls were not afraid. Enter Edyta. She has children of her own, so knows how to handle the wild toddlers! She has such a caring personality that my girls immediately took to her. They loved being photographed by her. Edyta took the time to meet with us at our desired photo shoot location (Chicago Botanic Gardens) and walked through with us and discussed all the possible poses and best locations within the garden, and best time of day. She also proposed an outline of timing and when to take certain photos so the girls would be at their calmest. Since we never had professional photos before we did not know what to wear or color matching etc. Edyta gave us several pointers which were very helpful. She also allowed us to email her with different outfit ideas, so we could look out best come the photo day. We are very pleased with the end results. The photos came out perfect! She did such a spectacular job of capturing my family and especially my wild little girls. Thank you for such an amazing experience from start to end!
