My experience with HVACR troubleshooting is above average, so I watched how he worked. 10/10 in expertise, professional, and general customer interaction. He didn't try to upsell me, he didn't charge a huge up price on the part (which I was actually expecting him to do). So, although the price might be a little higher than the rest, Atlas will give you the high quality work to match the price you're paying. With other places that have coupons in papers and red flag generating low prices, they are also the ones that I have seen notoriously sneak hidden fees into the final bill... again Atlas didn't do this. If you want fast, high quality work... I couldn't recommit Atlas more.

Mailed my payment to Island Air yesterday and WILL NEVER call them again. My problem is not with…read moretheir work, but with their lack of customer service. A bill was emailed to my husband 3 months ago. He replied to the email with a few questions about the charges. NO RESPONSE from them until the office manager (owner's wife) called me on yesterday to threaten to turn me over for collections. REALLY, I am middle aged and NO one has ever had to turn me over for collections to get payment from me! I had never even seen the email that my husband received from them and did not even know we owed them anything. No only was the office clerk rude, but she accused me of lying that I had not received a paper bill in the USPS at my home address. As I said, the check was written and sent out immediately and I NEVER want to hear for this place again. There are other options for heating and air on SSI. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
