The lobby was filled with food for breakfast and coffee and the tables and chairs were so comfy. I loved the ambiance and artwork and it had an upbeat and luxurious feel to it. The screening room was small but still spacious. The seats were also very comfortable and plush. The picture and sound quality was superb and despite that we only watched clips of the films, I was still able to see and hear everything well, sitting further back. Parking was also very easy in their lot and the attendants were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this space for events!

The outside courtyard is so nice that I often spend the workday working outside. It's just so inviting and relaxing. And it really helps give the sense that you're working in a backyard, not in a huge office building. There's a bit to get used to with the elevators & navigating around some of the floors, but eventually it will becoming second nature. I just definitely got lost a few times the first week or so of me working out of the space. The fact that it's right next to Sawtelle and all the great restaurant options is an added bonus to this already great location.

Needless to say a ton of work gets done here in this 36 story building. Touted as the tallest building in the valley, I have also heard it claims to be the tallest skyscraper north of downtown Los Angeles and south of San Jose. Fun fact! The facilities and common grounds are beautifully maintained. Offices are modern and use the latest technologies for the workplace. There are several working studios and production spaces throughout the property. Noteworthy shows include E! News and Access Hollywood taped in the Terrace Studios. It's a great one stop shop for production, post and distribution. There is a Specialties Cafe for grabbing some lunch and coffee. The sandwiches and salads are great along with the Pete's coffee served. Access to the building is restricted for security reasons. Parking is in the adjacent parking structure with employee and visitor entrances. If you are going to taxi or Uber/Lyft there is not much curb space for drop off but people squeeze in the driveway for just a few seconds if they have to. Also a pond and fountain are hidden behind the building which provides a nice escape for lunch and breaks. I enjoy the ducks and benches under the tall pines. I just have to imagine the constant whizzing of cars from the 101 is ocean waves and I'm good for relaxation. haha. Convenient access from freeway on and off ramps, plus the metro redline across the street make it an easy place to work or visit.

Oy, when I started my search for a private practice psychotherapy office in Los Angeles, it was so…read moredifficult to find one that didn't... well... suck. They were either too dirty, dark, ugly, old, tiny, had no windows, were too expensive, had no client parking, etc. While driving down San Vicente Boulevard, I noticed a very attractive office building across the street from the Beverly Hills sign. I thought nah, that's going to be way too expensive. One day while driving by that building again, I took a closer look and noticed some sculptures outside of the entrance. I'm also a sculptor. I was curious and decided to pop in and take a look. The lobby was filled with interesting art including figurative, bronze sculptures. Someone had put lollipops in the hands of one of them. I thought well, someone has a good sense of humor. A very good sign. The place was spotless. Oddly, the next thing I noticed was a small, side table near a chair with a Bang & Olufsen phone on it. I have the same phone. In addition, there was a planter made out of a sculpted head. It gets stranger, I have one of those too. Then... I... saw... it, an amazing, large, Campo del Cielo meteorite from Argentina (4,200 - 4,700 BC) in a case. Yep. I also have a chunk. I thought, how is that possible? Was it another positive sign, or some woo woo stuff going on here? Hmmmm. Synchronicity is fascinating. I had now looked at a whopping 13 offices. To my surprise, offices in this building were reasonably priced. During a tour of the building, I saw a large display case with a dinosaur skeleton inside. You probably guessed, I also collect fossils. Whoa, still another good sign. This place was beginning to feel like home. I wondered, maybe it was just too good to be true. I had recently come out of a horrendous place with terrible management. I planned to perform some in depth, due diligence. I randomly phoned several tenants in the building and asked them about it and the staff. Every one of them said they enjoy the building and management. I felt like I had finally struck paydirt. I signed a lease and never looked back. It turned out to be the right decision. It's obvious the owner, Mr. Jose Nazar takes a lot of pride in his boutique office building. It shows in just about everything they do.
