To resize a ring from 9.5-7.5, there's almost 1/2 a centimeter taken off. There's plenty to give back. The manager just lied about it instead to keep the metal, which I did not get a credit for. If the sales lady was upfront about taking the extra metal and keeping it, I wouldn't be upset, but due to the fact that she waved me off and made me think my ask was reasonable, then gaslit me after, I lost a part of an important heirloom to my family.

Outside the store(inside the mall), is a fully equipped stage, gig ready, because they jam there all the time apparently, and encourage anyone to stop by and jam, which I hope to do soon. The shop was closing for the day, but the manager(I believe), insisted that we come in and check it out, so we did. This guy was the coolest, nicest guy you'd ever meet, showed us around, extremely knowledgeable, and not pushy. If there are any musicians passing near Duncan, I would highly recommend stopping at this place, it is literally my new favorite music store, ranks up there with the best, and i'll travel 30 miles to come here.
