On 12/2/22 we went to get our meds we…read morepulled up at the drive thru and waited 20 min finally after making it to the window the black haired young girl told us to pull to the side and she would bring it out. the line was full of cars after about 15 mins she came out with one prescription. we told her we should have 2 she informed us that the one she gave us was not full we would have to come back next week to get the rest and she didn't know why. she then said I'll go check on the inhaler that we was supposed to get. about another 20 min went by and she walks out of the side door with keys in her hand walks around the back and leaves. we sit there another 10 min and pull back to the window and told them we was short one prescription after another 10 mins they handed it to us. almost a hour waiting with 2 kids in that back seat that was sick with RSV. we will not go back this is not the first time we've waited a long time for meds 45 mins or more. Then have to drive back 17 miles to get the rest. very sorry to say this but Walmart pharmacy here we come. The time was around 3:00pm.

It is about a 16 mile drive from Hardy. They were said to have wonderful old-fashioned milk shakes and sandwiches. It is obviously a place the locals go, as it is on Main Street, away from the state highway. I never saw a sign advertising their location. They opened the luncheonette about 6 years ago. I am so glad I went. I ordered a milk shake that was served in a stemmed glass, with the blender container given to me to enjoy every drop. I sat at the counter, but there are several tables throughout the front of the store. I ordered a tuna salad that is made in store, served on fresh baked bread, slightly grilled for a crunch, and then layered with lettuce and tomato. It was very good. Each week they have a daily luncheon special. I noticed the week's menu and saw chicken pot pie, homemade vegetable soup, mandarin chicken salad, and open-faced roast beef sandwich as some offerings. Also, on the daily menu were freshly made salads with fresh fruit, homemade chicken salad, and fountain specials. I look forward to going back every time I am in the area.

He has even taken time and talked my husband through how to fix the problem over the phone. We have also bought a couple appliances from him, and he is very reasonably priced. Our sons Dryer suddenly went out, and he lives out of town, Wes sent pictures of what he had in stock with prices and opened his shop on a weekend so we could come pick it up for our son and saved him money instead of having to buy a new one.
