We purchased a new home and with freezing cold temperatures in the forecast discovered our propane tank was very low. Jennifer Henry answered the phone in the Hindsville, Arkansas office. She was friendly, professional and very kind when she explained they might not be able to deliver ahead of the expected snow and ice storm, but would get there as quickly as possible. She asked a series of questions about the location of the tank, whether we owned it, verified whether or not there will hills to navigate, there are not, and she told me the driver would give us an hour notice to meet them at the property. She also explained as a new customer, the driver would need to ensure there are no leaks and told us this is a free service for new customers though there would be a charge for it if we ever ran out of propane. After the service was completed, I called to ask for a copy of the receipt since I was out of town when the delivery took place, and she offered to email or mail it.
