We were very pleased with how he and George coordinated the building design with a ramp up to the building. Now I can get her handicap equipment scooter, wheelchairs, walkers, canes and other medical equipment into a first floor, no steps, storage area. The building is built well and passed county inspection for permit just fine. We noticed in the shop that the people who worked for Alpine were very professional and quality oriented. Three days later, I called & was told "we have this posted about no returns/exchanges". I did not see it nor was told nor received a receipt for the over the phone purchase. I should never have accepted the plant, but was in a hurry that day. I can't believe they would not do an exchange 3 days later when it was still in the pot. I will never order again from them. No wonder their business seems little off from years ago.

Understandably, they didn't want me to run the vacuum too long as it was for sale and not a demo machine. My only concern is their return policy. I special ordered my SEBO Felix Onyx. I asked about return policy when taking delivery in case it wasn't the right machine for my house or my partner and was told exchanges only, no refunds. When spending this amount of money you want to be fully satisfied even if that means a refund. Thankfully I'm happy with my choice but if you plan on buying from here make sure the machine you buy is what you want. If ordered from the SEBO website they give you a 30 day Risk-Free Trial of the product. As a side note: they unboxed the machine for me and it was pre-assembled. They did not give me the box it came in and I would like to have kept that Edit 11/29/2024 - It's been a few days since I got my SEBO and in that time Black Friday sales have lowered the price. I inquired about price matching and I got a very kind and generous email from the CEO offering to send me a check for the difference in price. I regret ever doing business with Premier Metal Buildings. They gave me an estimated delivery window of 8 to 10 weeks, and it's now been more than 6 months with no building, no progress, and no refund. Communication has been extremely poor. After repeated calls and messages, I was finally told that legal action was already being taken by another client -- which only raised more red flags. As of today, I've received nothing for the money I paid, and the company has made no effort to resolve. This feels like a total breach of contract and possibly fraud. I'm now pursuing legal action and filing complaints with the North Carolina Attorney General's Office and consumer protection agencies.
