The front staff was very rude, didn't even answer the phone the first 4 times I called. I finally…read moregot through and asked if I could make an apt. they said, no, we take walk ins, so just come in. So, I couldn't make an appointment to guarantee my spot? The front desk rep also told me that my insurance wouldn't cover the boot and it would be 250.00 cash. I called Snell orthotics, made a same day apt, and they FILED my insurance after getting approval, and my charge was 49.00! So, I think these reps at Horton's are lazy and crooks! Shame on you taking people's money!
