The front desk rep also told me that my insurance wouldn't cover the boot and it would be 250.00 cash. I called Snell orthotics, made a same day apt, and they FILED my insurance after getting approval, and my charge was 49.00! So, I think these reps at Horton's are lazy and crooks! Shame on you taking people's money!
