I left with what can only be described as a mullet, strands that were far too long and awkward to wear down, with no shape, no balance, and no styling. It was so weird), My hair was so botched that my sister said it looked worse than when I tried to cut my own bangs in second grade. I followed up right away via email, sent photos, and tried to communicate. The salon owner, Rachelle, responded a couple of times, I responded back with times that worked for me to come in for her to fix it, and then she just stopped responding completely. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them matters. The lack of urgency, accountability, or a clear solution made a frustrating experience worse.
