They are a cottage bakery and do "pop-ups" at various places in the area. They were very gracious in giving Yelp Elites the opportunity to sample their products at the Market at the Oasis today. Their product presentation was great..quite aesthetically pleasing. The packaging was super cute. The Yelp Elites received two "baby" pound cakes...one lemon flavor, one vanilla. I also purchased some of the cookies and little Valentine's cookie cupcakes. The products were good and the owners and staff were very nice. The cake was unbelievably moist and fresh, and the icing was a delicious strawberry cream cheese. Not too thick either, and it didn't need to be because the cake was so good on its own. The fruit was phenomenal too - not sure if it was soaked in sugar water or something because it was far better than normal fruit. Overall, highly highly recommend! Next time I need a cake for a birthday or celebration, I will definitely consider Noble by the Pound.
