For such a simple cake order, that response felt unreasonable and inflexible, especially given how quickly I called back. A little customer service and understanding would have gone a long way. It's disappointing because the quality of the cakes is excellent, but policies like this make customers feel unvalued. Unfortunately, this experience will keep me from ordering from them again.

The prices keep going up, while the cake squares keep getting smaller. At this point, some of these pieces are barely the size of a quarter!
