Went back to work and found out that she did the exact same thing to one of my coworkers. Unless you were looking for it, you would pass it by as i have thousands of times. It is a small store front with a conservative appearance. It is not some huge office in a fancy brick building in some expensive medical plaza. Which is why the business can be more centered on the client i believe. The visit was 100 percent opposite of my recent visit to another such business. First the receptionist was polite, professional and seemed glad I chose their business. The office was clean, inviting and a surprise. The hand off to the audiologist was smooth and comfortable. They took my records and spent the time to go over the results of the test, pointing out key markers the previous business did not. They took time to actively listen to my concerns and answer my questions questions. They had already checked with my insurance and went over the availability of what items would be covered and produced for me a list of my best options with the pros and cons of each. Overall, a great customer experience and i felt they were happy to help me make the best choices that would help me. Next review will be about the follow up visit.

He explains everything he is doing and types notes so he can review history each and every visit. He checks for medication side effects and has a thorough understanding of my medical problems. I travel an hour to see him and I am willing to do that because he is that good! His staff are quick to check you in and the wait is usually no more than 10 minutes. Of course if he has an emergency with the first patient it might be a little longer, but his appointments are scheduled to allow a little slack. I have never felt upset about his staff, Dr Hefner, and the Lab staff. When I first came to Dr Hefner I was really nervous at the thought of getting blood work done. His staff are so superior to any other Lab Staff I have ever encountered! I hope this review gives you a different side of the 1 star review above. I'm sure there must have been a misunderstanding somewhere because in my option Dr Hefner is the BEST DOCTOR I have ever had in my 70 years! I highly recommend Dr Hefner and his staff for your medical concerns.

Dentists would rather focus their attention to their staffs personal lives and lack focus on the tools they are using in the mouths of their clients. Glad to find another dentist who cares. This company needs to learn that care comes before office politics and hearsay. When a dentist and business owner does not have the common courtesy to call the client when there are concerns then they lose my respect. I am saddened by the absolute lack of professional courtesy and respect. Patients should not be harmed by lack of attention from the dentist. When a client complains about an experience they should feel listened to not disregarded. There is clearly a great divide in the older staff who worked there before and the newer staff. I wish them the best, but taking my business elsewhere.
