I had a streaky spray tan which i was made to pay 7 pound extra for (not advertised) in advance!!!. She took me to a massage room which was not set up for my previously booked appointment and put up a pop up tent. A man walked in mid treatment without knocking and neither battered an eyelid at the fact i was starkus! After that she tried to bully me into paying for 8 mins on the sunbed so my streaky tan would dry quicker!!! - baring in mind i am as white as a ghost and told her i just burn and do not tan at all. Then she left without telling me anything so i waited for 10 mins, put my clothes on and left without them even saying goodbye to me. Shocking !!! Save yourself and go somewhere else !!!

Scratchy horrible cheap towels that aren't even offered I had to help myself to one. Words spoken by therapist included "change clothes" and "finish" - am still suffering from having a small girl walk on me when I ordered a deep tissue. Also charged £60 for the horrible experience. A joke!!!
