Gulfgate location 3420 woodridge. If I could give this clinic 0 stars I would. I have been coming…read morehere since I was a child never had an issue till now in my mid 20's. They never answer the phone, staff who answers the phone is always very rude. Lack communication, didn't put in 2 of my prescriptions and I had to call to let them know I was missing my prescriptions. Didn't send in the correct paperwork for the pharmacy so my medication has been ready but I can't pick it up due to it not being PA'd (prior authorization, needed if you have insurance) it's been 10 days since I've come to the clinic and still haven't received all my medication I was told they were going to send over the PA yesterday so I called my pharmacy today and it still wasnt done. Definitely will not be back or recommend to anyone I know.

First of all, the doctor did not greet her or acknowledge her when entering the room. My friend told her about the issues she had been having for quite some time. She mentioned changes in her diet and overall lifestyle but could not pinpoint what was causing her health issues. My friend , in desperation, used the "F" word to emphasize the amount of pain and anguish she had been experiencing. The doctor became irate and chastised her for using the f-word. My friend apologized profusely and asked if they could move on with the check up. The doctor began the checkup and was very forceful. We think that my friend's bleeding might have been the cause of the doctor's malpractice. This is an area that has a lot of BIPOC. The doctor behaved in a disgustingly unprofessional manner.

When I needed extra paperwork for a mail-in prescription, the staff helped me get it done and submitted. Would recommend to others!

Oh, wow. I'm in gyno heaven!…read more Okay, that was creepy. But seriously, after today's awesome appointment, I knew I had to Yelp her immediately (even though it is midnight and I'm seriously lacking in sleep). After my last debacle with obgyn doctors (ahem), I was more than excited to find a doctor that could get me (a new patient) an appointment within a week of calling. Whoa. Unheard of! The parking is no fun in this area, though I suppose I could've taken the light rail. The parking garage I chose started at $4 for the first half hour which hurt a little. I walked over, found the office easily (though the building really could use a map of some sort to ensure people choose the right tower). The staff was friendly and they got my paperwork done pretty quickly. They had a small waiting room with a tv playing a movie (Rumour Has It, if you're curious). I got there about fifteen minutes early for my 9:30 appointment, but wasn't seen until about 10:15. No biggie since I'm used to waiting much, much longer. When I was seen, the nurse was quick and efficient though not overly friendly. Again, no biggie since I know how many patients they process in a day. What really blew me away was that Dr. Whittier actually took the time to talk to me. Actually talk. And not just about my medical history. I'm not saying that we had a life changing heart to heart, but I we exchanged more words in my one meeting with her than I have with all my previous obgyn experiences put together. The exam was fast and easy and they do their pap smear results over the phone on an automated system (wait, is that too much info for Yelp?) which is fantastic. THEN as I'm leaving, I get a goodie bag. A goodie bag of free stuff! (It was very reminiscent of going to the orthodontist as a teenager.) She actually gave me three months worth of birth control for free! WHAT!?!??!?! Okay, I know it is strange to get excited about medication, but seriously, think about all the co-pays I just saved!!!!!! Yeah, I'm a nerd. But great bedside manner, close to work, AND free stuff?! I'm sold.
