The server handed us both a German and English menu and it took about 10 minutes before our drinks and items came out. I got the Khao Soi and this was my first time ever trying it. I thought the Khao Soi was delicious and creamy! I loved how the flavors were strong but not overpowering. The crispy bits added good texture. I wished they gave more chicken though. The menu is extensive and many dishes offer a choice of tofu, chicken, beef, pork or seafood. (The menu itself is only in Thai and German, so use a translation app if you don't speak either.) There are lots of vegetarian options - but be careful, as on the special lunchtime menu, at least one item under the vegetarian list included seafood. I had a Gaeng Kari yellow curry with tofu and rice, which came with onions, pineapple and sautéed potato. It was perfectly fine if not exceptional. My partner had a Pad Phrik Tao Gai chicken stir-fry with mushrooms, onions, Thai basil, peppers and green and red chilli slices. He enjoyed his meal more than mine, I think. It was surprisingly spicy as Thai curries should be and very good. I was very pleased with it. As I had to be to the train station for a trip on the early side the next day, I ordered a Pad Thai to take-away. I wasn't as pleased with that dish as I was the curry though. Maybe it had soaked up some of the styrofoam flavours it was packed in... I am looking forward to returning though.
