I've eaten here a few times and the food and service is always good. Each time I try something new,…read moresomething unknown to my tastebuds. The risotto is delicious but the portion is small, the croquettes are the best I've had in Spain, the wings are ok, and the crispy chicken sandwich has more crispy than chicken but still tasty. Also, the tinto de verano is a mix from a jug not an in-house mix, which is a little disappointing. For a restaurant in Spain, they have a lot of seating both inside and outside. The atmosphere is classy but casual, and the service is always with a smile. Overall, a great place on Serrano for an afternoon tapa or meal. Enjoy.

We were there early (by Spanish standards) and they needed the table later. I had the meat platter with the potatoes and salad. The sausage was quite good and the steaks were all a little tough, but not terrible. The waiter seemed slightly aloof, slightly distracted, and not really in any hurry, even though we were warned that we were going to be on a time crunch. Our food didn't all come out at the same time, which makes it awkward for the person eating his pizza that *did* come out first. Of course we didn't want to make him wait, but it is never really professional in the restaurant industry to time it like that with a table, unless they specifically ask for something to come out first. The server either forgot or didn't bother to box up my leftovers. (I actually would have preferred to box them myself, but he whisked my plate away when I asked him.) Towards the end of the meal it got really loud in there. Terrible acoustics. The loud atmosphere is unpleasant and was starting to give me a headache. Very average dining experience. The photo of my meal looks better than it tasted. The venue is nicely decorated inside though.

I definitely did not expect to find the best Thai food I've had to date in Madrid! (Of course, I…read morehaven't been to Thailand yet so I expect that statement will become false once I do.) The Tom Yum soup here is wonderfully hot and balanced between the spicy and sour components, and the curries they offer here are incredibly rich and creamy. The amount of coconut milk they put into the curries is just enough so that the whole dish is still savory and spicy, but there is a pleasantly sweet aftertaste to each bite. Each dish is served in some beautifully crafted plates, and the restaurant itself looks like it's designed to be a classy location to take someone out for a date. On the night my friends and I tried it, we had just come straight from San Sebastian so we felt woefully under dressed for the atmosphere. This restaurant was also the first instance in which my friends and I experienced the practice of restaurants giving away free shots of liquor after dinner. Supposedly, this is to aid with digestion, and we certainly weren't complaining! I forget what the name of the liquor they gave us was called, but it was sickeningly sweet. I didn't mind it, but a few of my friends weren't fans. It s a good thing to remember if you don't like sweet liquors and you're deciding whether to take the free shot or not. Fantastic Thai dinner experience in Spain. I highly recommend this restaurant.
