After coming back to the shop 3 hours later to pick it up, my car was not at the shop. Turns out they took the car to another shop in town who had the correct machines to get the job done. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time instead of seeing my car driven in to the shop from a different shop. Fast forward to now, my AC went out again several weeks ago and I'll need to take it in once more to inspect what is happening. While this service was cheaper then competitors I feel it may have been worth it in the long run to take it somewhere else because I'll end up paying more to get it done again anyway at this point.

I hope people keep in mind how rare it is to have a family owned business and to still be graceful in stressful situations. Lastly, it is in the middle of nature and limited resources, it is hard to get things in a timely fashion. Honestly, I was excited to get cold water in this town.
