White chocolate dipped strawberries I made using Thacker Berry Strawberries.

Thacker Berry Farms has the best strawberries. I only buy these when I need to dip them in chocolate. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

    Yummy & delicious!
    Maria E.

The price for the day that I bought them was 3 lbs of strawberries for 10.00$. The Strawberries were plumb, juicy, delightfully sweet & sour. Great location & friendly service.

It happens each Sunday from 9 AM to 2 PM. This market is filled with all your essentials. Tons of fruits, veggies, cheeses, meats, baked goods, flowers, house plants, dips, and more. There was even a bagel spot with a line about 50 people deep. I am my best self at a farmers market, but often leave with an empty wallet. I snagged hummus, kombucha, green juice, and a floral arrangement in one visit. A few things that make this spot incredibly special: 1. there's a plethora of parking and it's free for the first 2-hours. 2. They literally have a dog valet where you can drop off your pet before shopping the local vendors. Quite possibly the cutest thing I've ever seen. 3. It's literally hosted at the marina with a gorgeous view of the boats and water. Perfect for a Sunday afternoon picnic with your farmers market goodies. Highly highly recommend adding this to your weekend itinerary.

The carrots in a variety of colors are in season and so deliciously sweet when roasted. During my last visit, I also purchased a watermelon radish. They now sell meat, seafood and have music for kids. You won't be disappointed with this Farmer's Market!

I always find amazing deals. I like to "shop small" and support local establishments, of course, but it's nice to earn points for my Amazon account as well as find almost everything I need at decent prices in one stop. The staff is always pleasant and helpful, too. Their hot and salad bars, bakery, pizza bar and hot chicken sections are gone already, as they are closing in two weeks, BUT I found today when I shopped that they had cut prices dramatically on many, many items that I buy, and from healthy brands that I like. I spent very little for quality food items. That was always a plus here - they carry the mainstream brands, their own brand, some of the Whole Foods 365 brand, and many organic and hard to find brands at decent prices. I am sorry to see yet another grocery store leave this spot, though there are others in the area. I will continue to shop for deals until they close, and I hope others will take advantage of it as well.

Walking in just makes you feel "healthy" or just more conscious about what you are eating. For instance, I loveeee snacks, I'm a big snacker! So when I go to the snack aisle I can't fall into the seed oil or bad additive snacks. They aren't perfect but a lot of them are healthier than your average snacks. So this an example on why I enjoy going to a store like this to pay a bit of a premium. Parking is fairly easy unless you are going at a prime time. The parking is free for an hour and a half which is convenient. When you walk in you have produce on the left with protein/meats behind. Then you have the smoothie bar with house care/wellness in front. In the front of the store there's a Amazon drop off center too.

This is a review of the Enfuso.com online ordering experience…read more I was looking online for a jar of Mission olives to give a friend for a birthday gift, along with a Mission olive tree I purchased. For some reason, I could not find brined Mission olives anywhere locally (San Diego) so I took a chance and placed an order on Enfuso.com after reading all the positive reviews. I specifically ordered from Enfuso since they are only about 90 miles away and I figured my order would arrive in plenty of time for the event. To avoid high shipping charges for one jar of olives, I also ordered 2 tiny bottles of balsamic vinegar and one small bottle of olive oil to get to the threshold for free shipping. (see picture attached of 4 items ordered) The order was not shipped out for 3 days, and when it arrived a few days after that, the jar of olives - the WHOLE REASON I even placed the order- was missing. I texted (since they request no phone calls) and emailed Enfuso immediately, and asked that the missing jar of olives be shipped out to me asap so I would have it for the purpose intended. I was informed the olives would be mailed out that day, which they were not. (or they were mailed after 5 pm if they were). The TINY 3 oz bottles of balsamic vinegar I ordered for $9 each are a joke. There is not enough product in this $9 to dress one salad! 3 ounces = 6 tablespoons (not 7 as the owner states). The product size is listed as 100 ml, not in standard U.S. ounces, so it is a little deceiving and shocking when you see how tiny 3 oz actually is (think of a tiny little travel sized shampoo bottle). The 250 ml (8 oz) bottle of lemon olive oil for $20 is not something I would have ever purchased either if I saw the size in person. Ridiculously expensive for the amount of product, and absolutely ZERO attention paid to online orders. Go elsewhere! Update: The owner states below that I was looking at a non-USPS website for tracking info. Incorrect! See attached pic that shows usps website, and estimated delivery of 'forgotten' item was MON. May 6th, after the date I needed it. I forgot to mention there were several broken pieces of olives in the jar, and since I did not see the other half of the broken ones, it tells me they were put into the jar that way. Not attractive for a gift, especially for $20 a jar. (see pic) And lastly, the owner states I did not mention she included a 3 oz jar of a flavored vinegar as a "gift". I didn't mention it, because it was ginger flavored vinegar. Not something I would ever use, I very much dislike the strong taste of ginger. So while the "free gift" of a tiny bottle of vinegar was appreciated in theory, I would have much rather have received the items I actually paid for, and did not have to stress about receiving at a later date and possibly after the day I needed for purpose intended than a 3 ounce gift of something I will not use. The owners offer to refund the cost of the olives if they did not arrive by Sat. is not something that was appealing to me either. As I mentioned to her multiple times, the sole reason for the order was for a jar of Mission Olives for a gift, which I could not find locally. The other items, tiny 3 oz bottles of vinegar and an 8 oz bottle of lemon flavored olive oil, are readily available many places in the San Diego area, and not something I would have ordered online and paid extra premium prices for, they were an add-on so I would meet a threshold not to incur a shipping charge. If the owner of this business is "too busy juggling a lot of balls" to pay any attention to get an online order of only 4 items shipped out correctly and in a timely manner, maybe she should either hire help or not maintain a website in which to order online.

I keep all of them in stock at home.I just can't explain how the flavors add to a recipe. Prep Cooking Classes/Shop in Rossmoor got me hooked on them and there's no going back. Chef Elizabeth at Prep teaches different ways to use the oils and vinegars in all kinds of recipes. Okay, too long but treat yourself to stop by Enfuso and Prep who sells them too. Awesome gift for cooks or someone who has everything.
