I've been a patient of Dr Abbarah for 13+ years realized I had no medical records with my diagnosis. 3 months ago while @ the 2021 Monroe Dearborn location asked front office male/person about copies of my medical records he stated I will mail them to you because your records are @ the 6001 W. Outer Dr office. Let's fast forward 10/12/2018 @ 12:25 I signed in for medical records only to be told by front office female she could not could not help me the person that could was on his way. Dr Abbarah ask why do I need my medical records let's see why would a person that has been seeing you for any length of time need their records really. Then he asked if my doctor had ever received records no because if she had I would not be here for 1 hour and 30+ minutes talking to your staff. No I did not say that.
