I don't like being ill, which I am a lot, but I enjoy going to see Dr. Rosenberg when I am. I am very comfortable in his presence and genuinely like the man. He listens to my concerns, and has me on a regimen of medications that have my asthma and COPD under control, along with various heart issues. If he's not available for an appointment, his PAC's usually can see me same day, and he's been known to see me during his lunch hour. I can't say enough good about Dr. R and his office staff, which has had a nearly complete turnover in the past few years, all for the better. Highly recommend!

David gilmor is a pill pusher, every time i have ever seen him, all he does is talk about the pills he pops and how i should try some. i actually had a medical condition, that these quacks left untreated, while lining their pockets along the way. if i was rich, i'd sue them out of the medical industry and make sure they never harm another patient as long as they live. Dr. Przybylski and his practice is associated with the former Mount Clemens General Hospital, now called McLaren Macomb. I highly recommend this practice for individual and family needs.

The appointments were lengthy to air out any concern I had and the office staff are very responsive to phone calls and questions too. Definitely recommend this location. With my insurance, it's cheaper than the major healthcare facilities and here you can usually get week-of appointments. Once, I even got next day. I visit different medical practices and doctors affiliated with Henry Ford such as My Family Physician, OBGYN, Optical, Orthopedic & Dermatology Physicians on a yearly check up basis and when I am ill. My review is for a Family Medicine & Primary Care Practice located at 51221 Schoenherr Rd., Suite 201 in Shelby Township, MI. 48315. My records at this medical practice are from visits in December 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 with health check ups or health issues. This Family Medicine provides a wide range of Primary services plus Video Visits, COVID-19 testing, blood work, weight management. I am also a member of "My Chart" with Henry Ford which is wonderful to access on line with Non - Urgent visits, or prescription refills in which I can email my doctor and she will reply back within 24 hours in a text chat message system. My Chart also keeps a record of my visits, test results, doctor reports, billing, and appointments. "My Chart" will also send Me reminders to schedule my yearly Mammogram and Bone Density Tests two months prior from the previous year. My Doctor is Kristen E. Kavanagh, DO who is understanding by using her medical knowledge, showing concern and needed professionalism with great advice and care in her field. This office also has blood testing instead of an outside Lab. If Dr. Kavanagh is unavailable I can also rely on her PA: Angela T. Wilson who shows the same strong professionalism as well. I wish I could mark no stars for this review. The only reason I even came to this office was to…read morefollow Tracy Picmann, NP, from her previous office. I have severe health anxiety and felt extremely comfortable in Tracy's care. When I came to this office, I was already annoyed by the 20-30 min wait times before you're even called into a room. The office staff is never accountable or apologetic for anything. If anything, Rose and Gabby go out of their way to be petty. If there is an issue at the office they will never speak to you, they make other people call you back. Rose did a PA for a medication once, under my maiden name, after already giving them my new married name and new drivers license. I went round and round with the pharmacy and the office until I requested to see the PA approval form. Had Rose taken two seconds to speak to me about it, she would've realized her error. Instead she was rude to me via email correspondence, and made it seem like I was the reason for all of the confusion. Don't even get me started on the amount of times I have had my prescriptions sent to the incorrect pharmacy and 30 day refills after requesting 90 day refills for non-narcotic meds. I have lapsed in my medications that cannot be stopped abruptly 3 times because of their inefficiencies. When I spoke to the office mang., Brandy, regarding my frustration's of the office, her response was wild. She said and I quote "yah F*&k my life, I gave two many employees time off with checking to see who was off first". I myself work in a medical office and am appalled that the office mang speaks to patients in this way. Even after all of this, I stayed because Tracy is a WONDERFUL practitioner who actually listens to you. Well, today was the final straw. After being scheduled for med refill and bloodwork appt, I showed up for my appt, only to be told that HE'LL be in shortly. When I asked who "he" was, I was told Dr Patterson will be in to explain everything. I have historically only seen Tracy the NP, and had never even met Dr Patterson. Brandie the office mang never once said anything to me that my provider had changed, let alone that Tracy was no longer even a part of the practice. After waiting until 9:20am for my 8:40 appt, I walked out. I asked for a records release to sign as I was leaving and could hear the back office talking about me. How I just "walked out". Now that Tracy is gone, I will never return to this office. Dr Patterson is transitioning to concierge medicine and will now be requiring an annual fee for tiered patient care. I already pay my copays, deductibles, and coinsurances. I would never pay an annual fee for a Doctor who doesn't give a shit about how shitty his office runs or how they treat their patients.
