Our bill we were charged I went in and it was waived. The suggestion that perhaps they could change the date that wouldn't be hard they couldn't do anything to help me and yet kept talking over me when I simply put my hand up like wait wait and then one finger like stop talking the clerk blew me off and went and got another arrogant person to just blow me off. This is not customer service. The post office may be at fault but they aren't doing a darn thing to help the public out and it's a pity cause that's all I was trying to suggest, but anything I said was like oh you're being personal! I wasn't never to say a full sentence. And in the end when I said something it was dead, I'd we aren't listening. That's how it works and kiss their family. Rude rude, rude, rude rude.

I told them with price of propane increasing ( Biden ), I wanted to fill up. The lady was kinda rude and said, "Are you sure you don't want to call us later when the tank is lower?" She said, "I don't know if the driver will come out there for that." I guess they only service commercial tanks, or the lady is not that intelligent. Just ballpark, it's a 500 dollar sale. Maybe the propane business makes so much money, that 500 bucks is change to these people. Don't waste your time with them.

First thing gentleman said was " I need to get paid" (huh? agreed, not suggesting that you don't) " I get paid $100 dollars an hour" he said. I asked for a written estimate. He seemed to get all huffy and sat in his truck to write something down. We needed detail so we could see what we were paying for. (didn't seem unreasonable) Unable to read copy of estimate. Guessing he really didn't want to do the job. Would have agreed to price but attitude cost him a customer. We changed propane providers.

I then gave him a list of problems for the next visit and he said it would be $129/hr plus a $40 trip charge even though I live in red oak which is near Waxahachie. Very pricey in my opinion. His total estimate was $500 for fixing these things: 1) Find out cause of leak from upstairs to downstairs and possibly fix right away 2)Replace toilet seat & cover 3)Reconnect dishwasher downstairs to water line 4)Water in commode stays running non-stop Once I put my mind to it, i was able to fix everything by myself (except for the leaking pipe which no longer needed fixing since it stopped leaking after the bathtub got unclogged, just as I predicted) for less than $60. In summary, he is pricey and was willing to estimate $500 for minor problems. Could have possibly cost me more. Comes across like he is out to make top dollar from clients and doesn't necessarily care about being affordable.
