I brought home the cabinet only to find it was such an odd size that you couldn't use standard Manila file folders in any drawer. I was ticked off but the error was mine for not measuring prior to the purchase. A few days pass and so I call the store. Rather than blowing me off, they said bring it back. They unload the cabinet, walk me back to the file cabinet area (and they have a LOT to choose from!!!) and they offered me the perfect cabinet for my need. Get this! The second cabinet was priced a few dollars more than the one I originally purchased but they gave it to me for the same price. Who does that these days?! My satisfaction was VERY important to them, without question. They loaded the replacement cabinet into my vehicle and I was on my way. Office Barn runs an ethical and professional business. Customer satisfaction means something to them even when the customer makes a error. It's only worth $ now! So, decide what your goal will be: move fast or make oodles of $. Also, when u sign consignment agreement, the goods become property of store if unsold after 90 days and u have the option to taking your stuff back if unsold during consignment time. Many unscrupulous stores price high so items don't sell in 90 days, then, after it becomes their property the sell it and keep all the money. REGA does not do that. They are honest and work hard @ moving fast vs holding on for higher price. Staff turnover is very high. Mostly are nice & helpful but sometimes you get a surly idiot. They don't last long. Whether a buyer or a seller, go there with your eyes open. It is a hunt!!!
