He said "bank closed at 2." I told him I was just coming in to use the ATM because it was an inconvenience that the drive through ATM wasn't available due to a system update. He said, "we don't decide when those updates are done". Yeah, I get it, but someone at Chase makes that decision. Giving the decision maker benefit of the doubt, perhaps they meant to schedule it at 2 AM instead of 2 pm?

I bank with another bank and they tried to tell me about Wells Fargo and have me sign up with them. The place has a dull late 80's/early 90's feel. Otherwise, the people are nice and somewhat efficient at processing. I just don't understand why a "supervisor" stands behind each teller looking over their shoulder.
