After reading the one negative review, it almost swayed me to try another place. I'm happy I came in, no appointment and had minimal wait time. There were two stylists working today and I enjoyed listening to each of their conversations with customers. Before calling me to the chair, my stylist took the time to sweep up the cut hair and clean up her station. She then listened to my cut preference and repeated it to me. I'm glad of that because I asked for a 1/2 on the sides but she repeated back a 1 1/2 length. I then received my cut, exactly as I expected along with cleaning up my ears, brows and neck. I had a very pleasant conversation and experience and will definitely come back for my next cut. As a bonus, my cut was $25 after tip, which was less than my last barber who had just raised their prices. The classic rock music was also a welcome vibe!

Just go somewhere else where you will be valued even if your just there for a cut ! I had cancer and lost all my hair at one point ! Going to the hairdresser is a big deal for me ! I understand being booked ! I don't understand not wanting more business!

I was referred to Drew by a friend of a friend that also has curly hair. I have been to many hair places such as Visible Changes etc. and he by far is definitely the best! When I first arrived he had me sit in the chair and then he got a chair and sat and looked at my hair eye level. Curly hair is not easy, one snip too short and you could walk out looking like a poodle. Not the look I want. Drew is the only stylist I will go to from here on out.

She did the highlights then asked if we could come back a few days later bc my daughters hair was wet from the highlight work. I wondered why she didn't cut it before the highlights. So we came back 5 days later fir the cut and the first thing crystal did was spray water on my daughter's hair even tho she claimed that's why she couldn't do it the first time. I also told her that the highlights came out more blonde than in the example picture I sent her. She said she would have no problem re-toning to a darker color however she said she doesn't have any toner at the moment and would call back in 2 days max to reschedule to highlight the hair darker. It's been a whole week now and she hasn't called to reschedule not to mention it would be a total of 3 seperate trips just to make one hairstyle right. Never dealing w her again

Thanks to my Manicurist/Pedicurist Nicky, she took care of my hands and feet, and now they are perfect, also Thank you Nicky, for the great massage on my feet and legs, and arms and hands. im sorry if i fell asleep several times, however, once the knots i didnt know i had in my feet, legs, arms, and hands were gone, i felt so relaxed and had fell asleep.
