Very unprofessional and horribly rude is the short story. The full story is I came in with someone…read moreelse. They went up to the front counter to ask a few questions while I was in the room with the dr. When they were done they came back to the hallway but couldn't remember the room I was in so they opened multiple room doors looking for me. When the front desk lady saw them doing this she flew down the hall and lost her kind screaming at them. She was saying you can't just wander around and open whatever doors you'd like. The person I was with tried to speak multiple times but I'll she could get out was I'm sorry and I didn't know theirs no sign about not opening doors. And that made the front desk lady loose her mind and get real in their face, and so feeling very violated she said f*ck off. Them saying this was the final straw unfortunately. The doctor came out and gave no room for understanding began escalating, and threatened to call police. They tried to diffuse the conversation, didn't raise their voice, and the only thing they did wrong was open the patient doors to look for me (no one else was in the office but us). I have been here before and yes the previous time I did get what I wanted but i did have issues with the front desk lady being very rude. When I asked her to adjust the frames to fit my ears she said they looked fine and that she didn't need to do that. I didn't write a review about her bad attitude then because I thought she was just having a bad day but now that I've read other 1 star reviews and had this experience I realize that she really has a problem. I definitely do not recommend. Save yourself the trauma and don't go.
