I went in for ringing ear I had gone to regular MD, urgent care and then tried the "specialists"…read more Dr. Tidmore came in didn't really listen to my struggle. He didn't see anything wrong and also said I don't even have a lot of wax in my ear so its not wax buildup issue. He sent me for a totally unnecessary hearing test. I left totally annoyed and still suffering. I called a specialist in Frisco - drove up and within seconds of looking in ear - so some wax dried on my eardrum. She pulled it off and I was 100% better. No ringing, clear hearing!

I have been seeing Dr. Jordan for almost a year now, after having a really bad experience with…read moreanother ENT and his office staff. Whenever I first met Dr. Jordan, he actually listened to my concerns, which is huge because hadn't had anybody take time to listen to what was going on with me. So he did the audiology test and discovered that the hearing in my left ear was minimal at best. We decided on a course of action and proceeded with that but after that my ear started leaking, I went for a CT scans and he drained my ear. I could hear instantly after he drained my ear and put the tube in. But the drainage should have stopped and it didn't but he did not stop. He was persistent in trying to find out what was wrong, he didn't write me off and make me feel like I was crazy. We did one more test , we have a diagnosis or I should say answers. He has referred me to a specialist specialist in in the metroplex, for the next step. I can't thank Dr. Jordan and his staff enough for helping me get to this point, I would recommend them and have recommended them to everyone that says anything about needing an ear specialist. The communication with their office is phenomenal. I leave a message on his nurse's voicemail. If she's not available someone calls me back. You can't for ask for anything better. P Pike

My husband and I went to Martin with a health problem that was super private. This Dr has the worst…read morebedside manner I have ever experienced. The lack of empathy and compassion was awful. Doesn't take time to put a stethoscope on the patient and doesn't listen to all the patients concerns. And refuses to look at something I needed addressed. Instead kept saying let's stick with the one problem first. Something so simple as a spot on my leg. The amount for being a new patient will not be what they tell you. And both on mine and my husband's bill we were triple charged for services that were not rendered!!!!!!! Front and back office were rude and incompetent. Smallest or "Tiny" office too. Someone has to say something, so that's what Im doing. Im a Medical Assistant and know how a Medical Office has set standards.

I'm leaving 5 stars because Dr Martin himself is phenomenal. He actually listens, provides real…read moresolutions and is knowledgeable. I was able to finally get help for issues I've been struggling with for decades that other doctors ignore or dismissed as me just needing to "try harder", but Dr Martin actually did the testing and found and treated the underlying issues. He's not scared to address medical concerns that many doctors avoid because they believe the associated clientele is more difficult. BUT the staff is lacking. His previous NP was amazing, but she semi retired or works primarily at another location for different patients or something, and the person they got to replace her is terrible at her job. Like honestly she sounded as if she had no medical training and only gave vague basic answers that any average person knows. Plus she told me straight out that she does nothing but refills of existing medications and will not attempt to diagnose or treat etc...that we have to go to Dr Martin for that. But she didn't tell me that until after the second expensive appointment, as I pay full price. Also the office staff and how they operate/phones can be frustrating, but my last couple of visits seemed to go smoothly so I think they've worked that out. If you want a great doctor, try Dr Martin...but avoid his NP.
