I have been seeing Dr. Jordan for almost a year now, after having a really bad experience with…read moreanother ENT and his office staff. Whenever I first met Dr. Jordan, he actually listened to my concerns, which is huge because hadn't had anybody take time to listen to what was going on with me. So he did the audiology test and discovered that the hearing in my left ear was minimal at best. We decided on a course of action and proceeded with that but after that my ear started leaking, I went for a CT scans and he drained my ear. I could hear instantly after he drained my ear and put the tube in. But the drainage should have stopped and it didn't but he did not stop. He was persistent in trying to find out what was wrong, he didn't write me off and make me feel like I was crazy. We did one more test , we have a diagnosis or I should say answers. He has referred me to a specialist specialist in in the metroplex, for the next step. I can't thank Dr. Jordan and his staff enough for helping me get to this point, I would recommend them and have recommended them to everyone that says anything about needing an ear specialist. The communication with their office is phenomenal. I leave a message on his nurse's voicemail. If she's not available someone calls me back. You can't for ask for anything better. P Pike

I went in for ringing ear I had gone to regular MD, urgent care and then tried the "specialists"…read more Dr. Tidmore came in didn't really listen to my struggle. He didn't see anything wrong and also said I don't even have a lot of wax in my ear so its not wax buildup issue. He sent me for a totally unnecessary hearing test. I left totally annoyed and still suffering. I called a specialist in Frisco - drove up and within seconds of looking in ear - so some wax dried on my eardrum. She pulled it off and I was 100% better. No ringing, clear hearing!
