Do not trust these shady people. Will charge your bank account at will and never reverse the charges. Will never have my business again. Run for the hills people read more

Don't NOT trust them. The took the entire 500$ out at only the first payment which put us overdrawn didn't even have a chance to come in and pay it. The first payment was supposed to be 100$. Very rude to customers. Will never go back. read more

Not once did they call me back but when I got the manager involved he claimed to have been trying really hard to contact me. My phone records every phone call i get and there were zero from kelly in the last 3 weeks. So forget them. Also I don't care for the way the lobby is set up, you walk in and just kind of stand around until someone comes out to help you. Do not like that in the drive thru there is no way to talk to an actual person either, if you have a question/problem you have to go inside. I still gave it 3 stars since the normal banking is fine for the most part.

There is not one complaint I can possibly even think of! The customer service is Chickfala status, there is never a line when walk into building. Anytime I call someone is answering the phone within 3 minutes. I would give this branch 10 stars if I could. They even made me a new Card and let me pick the design just because my old one was scratched up! It's little things like that over the years that makes me give them such an awesome review! I can never go back to SouthSide Bank again. Not because they were bad, but because Altra is just that much better! Would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I had fraudulent activity on my account so I called my branch location and reported it IMMEDIATELY…read more They told me the transactions were still pending but that they would either stop them from going through or process me a refund and that they would mail me a new card. The NEXT day- I call because no refund had been issued and the transactions were no longer pending. It was as if I had never called in the first place. The person I spoke to originally, "Brandi" , neglected to tell me that for a refund I would need to sign a form to authorize the fraudulent claim refund process. She also never sent me the document to sign!! GLAD I CALLED?! The next branch rep I spoke to was named Lani and she was INCREDIBLY rude. She literally sighed loudly and rudely over the phone when I explained my issue. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional the entire time I was speaking with her. My life has been greatly affected by COVID-19 as many others. This is a difficult time for me as I've lost my job and I'm just trying to make it by delivering food (which doesn't pay a lot). I barely had enough money in my account to afford bills before the fraudulent activity. I'm not even including groceries. She acted as if my life did not matter even a little bit to her. It is the end of the month and bills are coming up shortly- the process of the refund can take up to 5 days and they neglected to start the process or give me the information to do so. DO NOT BANK HERE.

This place is great... they were so kind to me and helped when I was in need... they are next door to Sherwin Williams at the corner of Grande and Broadway... very nice clean place with several nice folks. They also have a place for kids to play while you do your business. That's nice, it keeps you from rushing through just to get gone. read more

They do payday loans... not title work on houses...best in town and honest! People get made when they don't hold their end of a deal as you can see in the comments.... This place is fair and explained everything.... It's the customers job to handle their part of the deal... read more

I'm trying to get it switched now. Later Randy Nolen called me and asked me about my experience with the Agency. When I told him it was less than adequate, he became rude and threatening in his tone. I have contacted the Texas Dept of Insurance about this Agency and their treatment of me. Especially when he says he can't write the policy "for any property that is not in your name" but did so initially and accepted insurance premiums for over a year with it that way.
