On Monday I was not getting a phone call so I called him but he did not answer. An hour later he called and said his technician Mike is there but he forgot to call. I told him I really need to be there to make sure my remotes work once he is done, he said Mike can not wait and he will just start without me. I really thought he was a nice a guy so I was like ok. I left my house to head over to the property, Mike apparently finished and could not wait, I told him I am only 15 minutes away and I asked in advance to be there. Once I arrived gate worked for 5 minutes then stopped, I tested all the remotes and when I wanted to get out none of the remotes worked. I immediately called Mike to tell him, I also told him that gate is hitting the metal post and that in the past that was adjusted, he said he can come back or even better just put weather strip to protect it. Like what in the world, technicians in the past just set it so that it does not do that. I told Mike that something is not right because its now not opening. I got busy and did not call Don, I assumed Mike was coming the next day to check. Next day I get this incredible rude text from Don after I told him its not working: Don "You need to schedule another call out????" Me "I need someone to come and see why is gate not working" Don "You said it was working, PAY YOUR INVOICE" Me " I called Mike and told him, I will pay when someone looks at it" Don "You don't call my technician you call me" I then called him, and we were both upset, I said I just need someone to come out, and he started yelling that he is suing me and just being horrible. I do not talk to people like that so I hung up. I never said I am not going to pay, I just said I need someone to come and complete the job, gate is not working and its hitting the post which should have been addressed immediately. After that he was the meanest person I encountered in my life, calling me names and just being horrible. He called me low life, not sure how am I a low life when he is the one refusing to provide service and is demanding payment in such terrible way for work that was not done. I did not want anything from him at that point so I decided to pay even though he did not complete the job. I asked for a link he said he will send me certified letter, I asked him is he well because I just said let me pay and never speak to you. He went on to offend me in emails, he called me a cow, he told me to fuck off. This all happened because I told him I never want to work with him, and that he overcharged me, my invoice was $315 and he said CC has 3.9 charge, I told him my bill came to be $327 and that he overcharged me. He wrote "3.9 percent processing fee charged by Chase. Not my money. Damn, your a crazy ass cow" I told him he did not specify 3.9 was a %, and that there is no reason to be rude he said "Fuck Off !!!" This person is the rudest person I encountered. To treat a customer this way is disgusting.
