Just call or go in, and the staff will have it done in minutes. They will also set you up with supplemental, prescriptions and other insurance needs. It went like clockwork! In addition, if you need health insurance, they can set you up there as well. My hubby went on Medicare so I lost the company insurance unless I paid a HUGE amount. I have had a horrible time with my search for health insurance and came upon Texas Medical Plans in Wimberley. In the beginning, I had spoken to charming people throughout a very difficult process. Another agent from another agency had messed up my application, Tracey tried to set it straight. She didn't have my daughters pediatrician on her card (after I requested that specific pediatrician), and I spent two hours today going out of my way for an appointment that couldn't be filled due to my doctor info on the card and not my daughters. I was extremely frustrated and told her so and instead of good costumer service, she expressed her frustration and told me "we should terminate our relationship." I'm once again very disappointed with another insurance agents service. I'll be searching for another agency. read more
