I'll be filing a formal complaint with the BBB. Again, if you do NOT like your job or want to assist the Hispanic customers such as myself then quit!! Also, fix the washing machines that cost 1.75 as NOT all of them are working or functional for weeks now. She was very friendly and welcoming towards an older WHITE lady today (09/14/26) around 8:30AM check your cameras. Yet, when I asked for help with a washing machine she rolled her eyes and was huffing and puffing because she had to walk away from her laptop to get up and help me a Hispanic woman and PAYING customer. She needs customer service training and again why do they keep this rude unprofessional person working here when Seabrook is a friendly area. The woman who works here should probably quit. She's very rude and seems unhappy to be here. She has several tattoos and specifically one on her hand. This woman is not friendly or welcoming. When I asked to exchange my dimes and nickles into quarters she gave me attitude and said I have enough change and maybe can give you 2 dollars in quarters. Um this is a Laundromat and you should have change for the paying customers. Um no customers then you RUDE woman will not have a job!!! First and last time here and taking my money and service somewhere else. If you hate your job that much then quit and I'm sure someone else who is nicer will take your job!! I ordered the small fried pickles and the trashcan chips which are actually nachos. Upon receiving the orders I found 2 things that were a bit annoying. The ranch dressing was packed in the same box as the hot out of the fryer pickles. This needs to be separated and kept cold. Secondly the trashcan chops were deconstructed? These are not served this way in the restaurant so why would you pack it like this to go especially if we are just next door? Besides the food mishap my experience washing clothes was painless and would gladly wash and dry here again.
