The first red flag was when Ryan asked us to pay him via Zelle for a cheaper amount. -When digging the trenches for the irrigation, they cut our internet line and we were without internet for over a week. -When the job was complete (I was not home and was nor notified it was finished) it was laughable. My 4 year old son could have done a better job at installation. None of the squares were lined up, the sides were jagged, pieces were bare, pieces are laid over bush branches. -The small corner on the opposite side of the sidewalk wasnt done. When I asked about it I was told I didnt pay for that... but they installed a sprinkler? -There were trenches that were not properly filled and covered so there were dips all over the lawn. -Our backyard still has a 2 inch deep trench across it. It has been over 3 months, half of our grass is dead despite the watering schedule they programmed and the work is still incomplete. Ive requested a partial refund and was told they would be back to look at it and finish things. At this point, this was the biggest waste of $4500. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!

Made it out the second day and took down the trees I requested. Had to actually help him out a bit with one of the trees which leads me to believe he's a little understaffed. Just him and a teenage boy to take down 2 fully mature trees. Job went well and I was satisfied with the results and clean up. Thats the only reason I gave a 3rd star. A few months later, I submitted a work request on his website and never received a response. I eventually gave up and decided to wait on the work until a later time. Another few months later, I submitted a work order again trying to get service done before I could have some other non-related jobs completed. Set up a meeting to come out and get a quote. DId not show. Called hours later stating "car trouble"... again... Rescheduled. Did not show on the second date... but came out hours later when no one was home. He left a quote on voice mail but I was unsure what the quote was for since I hadn't really given any details on what I wanted to do. Called back a few days later to try yet again to set up a meeting about the job. At the present time we are over an hour passed the window I was given for him to show and can't wait any longer. Pretty much given up on this one to go somewhere else. I just think he is either over worked, understaffed, or both. Needs some more organization for his business. I guess it works for the old people in the area that aren't in any rush. Don't hire unless you have all the time in the world to wait around for him.

Justin will only give a general estimate then has no recollection of what he tells you be will do for the amount of money he says he will charge. Doesn't show up as scheduled, is arrogant & disrespectful. Showed up after 1.25 inches of rain fell last night insisting he could put a boom lift in my yard without damage even though I insisted it was to wet. I had previously told him via email I was available Mon, Wed or Fri of next week, weather permitting. So he shows up today, Sunday & trespasses into my back yard. I just happened to be outside when I see two guys who I didn't recognize until Justin yells "he didn't think we would be home", like he had permission to be on this property. It became obvious he was there to persuade me to allow his helper drive his smaller truck into my yard with a boom lift he had already rented lastThursday & sent an email saying he had me scheduled next day, Friday, with storms already here which over an inch of rain fell. Then I told him no today, it's too wet after 1.25" of rain last night and he argued that the ground was solid & I told him it was sand and soft but his arrogance pursued. Four tires on the ground & ruts didn't matter with him saying a little water would solve the problem. The poor guys who were helping him knew nothing & all they could do was holler & curse so loud I was embarrassed for my neighbors. I had him go over the proposal to ensure he was doing what we had agreed on when he came by Fri before last. I've not had to call the police on any contractor before but when someone has the audacity to argue about an agreement & deny what they promised, it's not who I do business with. Damage to my yard & intentional damage to the chain link fence speaks loudly as to Justin Bill's unprofessional behavior. I would never recommend Justin Bills to anyone. He & his two helpers left like as though they wanted nothing to do with the police & I have my suspicions why. I have two other witnesses, emails, before/after pictures as well as video from the time he was told to get off the property that documents the facts as stated. I will be taking bids for repairs to see what a judge will have to say about it.
