I did not feel he was up to par, so my husband told me to find someone who I thought could get it done and I IMMEDIATELY thought of TJ! I've been watching TJ work from the sidelines .. So, I messaged TJ, told her my issue and told her we were on a tight deadline. Within 2 hours she had a photographer set up, the contract ready and had pulled comps on our home and neighborhood and knew where we should be! Two days later it was picture time, she arrived a couple of hours early to look around. She wasnt happy with the way our house was staged, so do you know she made a FT call and 40 minutes later a truck pulled up with all kind of things to stage our home. THAT IS INCLUDED; IT WAS NOT EXTRA!! She literally took 2 hours, told us what to do and sweated LITERALLY next to us to get it ready for pics. The pics turned out amazing .. even had a 3d tour of the house and was listed the very next day! She set up the open house for the weekend and we got offers right away. Now, let me also me tell you that she has a partner Jess! You get 2 realtors for the price of one and we could text them at any time and they were ON it! Jess is equally as amazing! Our house closed in 3 weeks .. more than enough time for us to close on the house we are purchasing! They helped us navigate the best deal and scenarios! The last time we sold/bought our house it was hands-off because the relocation package took care of everything. The last time I bought a house I was 24 and that was 20 years ago. No question to them was a dumb question and they were literally with us every step of the way! I wish we could have hired them for the buying of our new home, but we had already started with another realtor, etc and wanted to have some decorum! Shout out to these QUEENS of Real Estate! I have so much respect for these women and their profession! They will fight for you! We always knew it would be a long process to buy our first home, but we had no idea how hard that process would be. On top of everything we were faced with, we were buying a home during a pandemic and a faultering economy. LeTiegre Diaz is a hateful bully who joined a group of other bullies online a few weeks ago to shame and humiliate me over a lie. I don't even know this woman. Someone else posted something hateful and defamatory about me and without doing any investigation at all, she spread a bunch of rumors about me online, spammed my Facebook page with hate messages and blocked me instantly when she was confronted about it. She's a standard issue mean girl who participates in gossip and slander and mindless mob mentality behavior online. TJ and Jess were fantastic. They were extremely helpful with getting our house set up to sell. They literally used their own furniture and took most of the day on a Sunday to set up our back porch to make our home more attractive. They worked very hard to make sure that we knew that they care by constantly dropping off little gifts for us and our kids.
