Jose did fabulous work on my automatic gate. Beautifully done, he installed everything himself…read more He made sure I knew how to operate and maintain the gate. Jose Alverez initially did a good job in designing and installing our fence, although it took him a…read morelong time to get started. Now, a year and a half later, our front gate is starting to rust and the back left hand gate is broken. The top support, that holds all of the gate weight, broke off of the post. It turns out it had only a single small tack weld securing it to the post. The right hand gate panel has a doubler plate and fully welded support pin. It is not surprising the weld failed. It's been 3 weeks since I contacted the owner and while he hasn't called back, he has occasionally answered my numerous calls. All he says is that he is busy and he'll come by when he can, but he refuses to put me on his schedule. I offered to pay for the service call and work, even though the issue is clearly a design flaw. Jose Alverez does not stand behind his work.

I contacted yard pro to have someone come out and give me an estimate on some landscaping work. The…read moreowner came out and I explained to him what I wanted. He said he would send me an estimate by email. That was 2 weeks ago. Today Thursday Sept 12 , 2024 I called and spoke with the person who came out to give me an estimate. He said he was at a football game with one of his coworkers. I said to him if you don't want to do the work just tell me. He said. I'll give you an estimate. I said. If I accept your estimate would you do the work? He repeated I'll give you an estimate. I thought this was unprofessional for one to not receive an estimate in two weeks after he said he would email one. Then he wouldn't commit to the work. I do not recommend getting this company to do any work. They don't want to work, at least not for me. But that's another story. I will never contact this company again. Poor customer service.
