He was able to utilize some of my existing plants/shrubs within the new landscape design. I recommend Monroy Landscaping for any job-small or large, and they provide other services as well.

By 7:33am Tuesday, I had an 8 am appointment scheduled for the same day. I was fortunate that they were already in the area. I wish I had some before pictures because they did a fabulous job. A day after they left my sprinkler was gushing water, as the PVC had been broken by the tree/root removal. I called and spoke with the owner who said he would come and look at it. I emailed several times and sent pictures. The repair was eventually completed by a sprinkler repair company and the invoice texted to NTR. It has been a month and no response. The repair cost was low ($126.81) compared to the over $2,000 my neighbor and I spent with NTR. More important it is a reflection of how they do not take responsibility when something goes wrong.

Overall pleased with their work. My only issue is the guy that referred or subcontracted them, I'm not sure which, was the one who gave us our estimate, and he was 450$ shy of what we ended up paying in the end to have them chip out the large stump and surrounding roots. I don't exactly think it was an unfair charge, but it simply wasn't the deal we were under the impression we were getting, and it unfortunately caused frustration for all parties involved, unnecessarily. Communication needs work in that respect. But as far as their capability and work ethics, they are top notch.
