After allowing them an extension, they requested another extension with the owner of the company (Carlos) sending us a letter apologizing for the delay, and assuring us the deal would close. Shame on us for allowing them to extend the contract a total of three times, only to find out from Jeanette (your loan officer) that your company was having issues closing the loan. The pictures show the proof that you are looking for. You were very dishonest, and would not respond.
