Food was fast and good. Service was awesome. Sceptical at first but turned out to be good. If you like Cajun stop by. Looking around lots of people eat here. I recommend this place.

Bacon Cheese Burger All from frozen and very bland.

Stop only as a last resort. We have been traveling back to Fort Worth, TX from Carlsbad, NM on a Sunday afternoon so dine in restaurants have been extremely limited. We have made attempts at 3 other diners but they have all been closed. (I get it, it's Sunday afternoon.) We finally got to I20 and this place was open for dine in so we stopped. We ordered 3 Cheeseburger meals and 1 kids chicken strip. Everything was made from frozen. Very bland. There is absolutely nothing fresh not even the veggies for the burgers. Now let's talk about the restaurant itself. One word --Dirty. I don't even want to think about what the kitchen looked like. As I stated before this was an absolute last resort.

I have to get five stars the place is unassuming but the food is really good and great value for the money. I got a nice size salad a full baked potato and steak shrimp with veggies and a half sizzling plate Dennis is the Coke and he's been here for five years and he cooked perfectly with less salt just like I wanted ! I will come back here again when I'm in big Spring

Medium gumbo, decent flavor but kinda watery.

On our way back from Carlsbad, we waited until we were hangry before choosing a place to stop. This is typically a mistake, of course. In this particular case we were surprised to find a 4-star Cajun place in Big Spring, right along our return route to Fort Worth. 4 Stars in Big Spring. We are in. The building is standard small town utilitarian metal construction. Inside is notably dingy. The tables were set apart from each other for Covid friendliness. But, the servers did not wear masks. Ours kept leaning in over us to help with the menu. We had to ask her to distance, politely of course. She took it fine and remained on the opposite side of the table from there. About half the customers had masks with them, the rest didn't. We got the vibe that Covid best practices are not embraced fully here. We ordered a gumbo and Stuffed Shrimp plate to split. I had coffee to prop me up for the rest of the trip. The gumbo was watery and a bit bland in flavor. The Shrimp were large and flavorful with a Texas-style batter-fried coating the was reminiscent of good chicken fried steak. The fries were exceptional, light crisp on the outside with a subtle seasoning. The coffee was "strong with plenty of it" if you take my meaning. The entire building is in need of updating. Sometimes this adds a hole-in-the-wall charm. But for this place, it just made me want to wash my hands. The bathroom door may have been the dirtiest I've ever seen in a business besides a gross gas station somewhere. Had there been paper towels, I would have wiped it just to see how long it'd been since someone had attended to it. So, some very good food. A local establishment that likely stands out among food choices in Big Spring. But, badly needs an update to be friendly to a larger clientele. I suspect the owners are less concerned about that given the full dining room. The one thing that tempts me strongly pan the place was the lack of pandemic consciousness. But, I'm going with three stars. Just be cautious on the corona precautions if you're passing through here.

Tasty. But forgot the shrimp. This was great.

I'm here again. Going to try an appetizer. 20 fried shrimp. Not bad. For the main dish. The stuffed flounder served with grilled vegetables and rice. I really enjoyed them. We're in west Texas. I'm from the coast of Texas. Surprisingly their flounder is great. I liked the cocktail sauce. Really flavorful. Service is great. Sweet Tea is a Texas staple. They don't disappoint.

You will see a large embossed Dahmer imprint on a facade, there, you have found it. I sat outside of here for about a good 5 minutes before figuring out it was a place to eat. The letters and food pictures how far away will try to give you a little hint. Once inside, it's like you stepped into a well-lit club or something, everybody turns around and looked for a few seconds and then goes about their business. The staff here I must say are very very friendly and accommodating. Three quarters towards the back you will find a buffet and salad bar. There aren't your usual salad friends and then on the buffet there was some betta fish, kind of chicken fried looking steaks, pot pie in a square pan, mashed potatoes and gravy, shrimp and a few other Comfort foods that you'll see in their picture. The taste of everything was okay I will leave it at that. The price of the buffet comes shy of $15 if you have tax without a drink. The interior is a definitely no frills type of establishment with the old wooden floors, Mel's Diner type tables and such. It's worth a try but do not expect high expectations.
