We had to come here while we were on a road trip and after my mom got bit by my aunt's dog. Let's…read morejust say that this place probably had all the people of Texarkana in the emergency room when we went, and they were some interesting people. The doctor we met was nice, but did nothing to clean out/irrigate my mom's very deep dog bite. He did correct my sub par medical patch up job (sorry, I was on a road trip trying to move my family and their angry dog so I didn't have the best first aid stuff with me), but he did zero to keep her wound from getting infected or make sure her wound was patched up. She didn't even get fresh band aids out of it. He then ordered two antibiotic shots for her, which should have been a 20-30 minute wait time, but 2 hours later, and after asking the very surly nurse two to three times about my mom's status, she finally got her shot, and then an hour later her discharge papers came through. Had I known we were going to get treated/ not treated behavior like this, I would have just had my mom wait until she got home the next day. You can definitely tell that patient satisfaction is not the top of their priority list. Now why did I give three stars and not less than that? You can tell this place is the only medical treatment place for a lot of people. Whole families brought their family members in for just regular check ups under the guise of an "illness". This tells you the horrible state of medical care in this country, that an emergency room is the only way you can get seen by a doctor for all problems. The fact this place was this packed on a weekday night says a lot about how cuts to medical care in our country are affecting small towns. The cramped waiting area from the amount of people here, seeing what families were coming in for just basic medical care, and how frustrated the staff was because of the amount of cases, is a reflection of how our medical care in this country is broken. Would I come back here? No, I would rather bleed out than put up with the lack of care you receive here. At least with my sad attempt at first aid, I would do it with a smile.

I am a disabled veteran and I don't see doctors unless something is really wrong and because this…read moreis my tendency I was really not sure how to use a medical provider outside of the VA medical center. Well I found them on the VA website and I called them and they were very familiar with this process and graciously offered to help. Honestly when you are sick enough to need help the last thing you want is a paperwork nightmare just to get health care that the VA covers for 100% disabled veterans. I'm really glad I found them, I may have had a guardian angel helping me find them. Of course I had to fill out the basic patient info. After this I was able to give them my DOD id card and they took care of the rest getting me set up and they bill the VA directly. They even set me up with the paperwork to submit to the pharmacy with the authorization number. The VA is way too complex, it's problematic at times. They didn't delay me and I was already being seen to include a chest x ray while all that VA authorization nonsense was going on, I can't tell you how much I appreciate this as I didn't feel well and it was New Year's Eve day and I'm sure VA workers were on holiday mode already. The care I received was very attentive and efficient. The meds prescribed have been very helpful already. I would strongly recommend this clinic. Words don't serve veterans--people do. This facility clearly gets it. The nurse practitioner even gave me his cell phone number to message him directly due to the holidays if I needed any changes for anything. I can't recommend them enough, thank you for everything. Rangers lead the way 1/75

Being surprised by a costly bill later is disconserting and one certainly won't get the courtesy of an explanation. It was wise to document date, time and verbal responses of many phone attempts. They will not respond no matter how many times you are told someone will call you back, and the many voice mails from transfers to yet another person go unanswered. Helpful when filing a complaint with the appropriate agency. Customer service is beyond unsatisfactory and the lack of professionalism cannot be overlooked. Not a best practice to alienate people in the community.

There was a bit of a wait, but only because there were already people in line before me. They were steadily taking people back the whole time I was there. Once I got to the room and had my vitals checked, the doctor did a quick exam and immediately got me on a breathing treatment. Once that was done he came back and listened to my lungs again. They did a couple of X-Ray's to check for pneumonia, gave me a shot, then the doctor came back in and went over the chest X-ray discussed the course of treatment. All very professional and quick! The whole trip took about an hour and a half from beginning to end. When you consider that the doctor was very thorough and that I got a breathing treatment, injection, and X-rays, I feel like it was actually really quick and time well spent.

Think about it this way: if you hear the doctor say, "...needs to go to the OR," they're putting you back on an ambulance if you're at a freestanding (no attached hospital) clinic.

They took my money told my driver the run down, and then I'm met with another idiot just to ask when I want my surgery rescheduled. First off, you shouldn't just hand out Valium's and expect you to show up an hour before your appointment to sign a consent form that I was told would've been done before I ever left the consultation. Second they didn't even try to work with me in the weeks before the surgery, they could have actually worked with me and allowed me to sign the consent form online like I was able to do for all of the first patient documents. But after multiple frustrating experiences, I feel compelled to share my story. Back on February 18, I had a full-day appointment scheduled, took time off work, lost a day's pay only to arrive and be told their technician wasn't in. No call, no heads-up. The same receptionist who's always there could've notified me the day before or even that morning. She didn't. Fast forward to last Thursday, Oct 30, 2025: I stopped by to ask about a repair and warranty coverage. She said it was covered and to bring the item in at 8:00 a.m. Friday and it'd be ready by noon. I did exactly that. The technician confirmed after I asked that they'd remove the liner to do the repair. I called at 12:20 to check if it was ready, and the receptionist said yes. I left work and headed over. Then came the curveball: she called me en route, rudely stating I had a "12:00 appointment" and she was closing at 1:00. I was confused, there was never an appointment, just a pickup time. When I arrived, her attitude was dismissive. I reminded her that I paid premium for the item and deserved basic courtesy. Another clerk chimed in with "Sir, you need to just calm down." Calm down over what? No one told me they closed early on Fridays. She was in a Halloween costume, so maybe theatrics were part of the day. To be fair, the technician did a great job on the repair. But the front desk experience was consistently poor. I was offered another appointment next week, but I said I might not return. I prepaid for a seven-year package, so I may have no choice. As I left, the costumed clerk hollered "Have a nice day." I let it go. But I couldn't help noticing: in 2019, the parking lot was full. These days, it's mostly empty. That says something.
