But, they are in my neighborhood and the price is reasonable and they always have strong vacuums. Tonight, however, when I came out of the car wash I noticed multiple scratches on my windshield that had definitely NOT been there before. The scratches were equidistant apart. When I brought it to the employees attention he said the brushes are so soft he can put his arm under them and he won't get hurt. He said they have never gotten any complaints and my scratches must have come from someplace else. I understand that they have to say that and they don't want to be liable for damage. However they KNOW me and know I am not a trouble maker and know I don't just come looking for a payday. I am going to have to pay someone to buff out the scratches and they have lost a very long term and loyal customer.

No one approached me as I drove in. Once I got out, Jr. appeared. He showed me two car wash options. I chose the more moderate one, $38. He charged me right there but I didn't leave tip beforehand though the machine prompts you to leave a tip. They clean the exterior and the interior of your car. I waited inside where you can purchase desserts and beverages, including a $7 cappuccino. Once my car was ready I drove off. I arrived at the grocery store, and for the life of me, I couldn't find the key. Usually they put it over the sun visor. The only thing that fell off was the receipt. I searched all over. An employee in the parking lot suggested that I check under the seat. Nothing! It was hot. I called the car wash multiple times and they didn't answer. I wanted to know where in the world do they place the car keys? I didn't want to return to the business. But I had no choice. The key was behind the windshield wiper, in the exterior of the car. I told the the attendant that gas is expensive. I will never leave a car wash again without knowing where my key is. I'm glad the key didn't fly off while I was driving.

I've been coming to this carwash for years and the experience has deteriorated significantly,…read moremainly due to the value (price much higher) and the time it takes. Recent, I left my car for 1.5 hours as I was told and came back to find it untouched - they then offered to rush through it in 10 minutes, which I declined due to the price. Most recently, there were 3 cars total including mine, left my car for an hour as they requested and I came back an hour later to not only the car not being ready but the team socializing on top of my car, then laughing and smiling when we "caught" them not working. Really disrespectful service environment. Will be looking for a new spot to be a regular.

Drove that way on a Saturday afternoon and there was only 1 other car there. They got to mine right away and promised it'll be ready in 30 mins! There were like 6 people working on my vehicle. I got the lux package and they did a hand wash, hand dry, and spray wax. I watched as they wiped everything down by hand, down to the rims, doors, and windows! The lady even went around and inspected it while I was paying cause they care about a job well done! I can't believe how clean my car was! It actually looked brand new inside! It was cleaner than I've had it in a long time! Especially because I have a toddler! They got what they could see.. I saw a few spots that were missed on the drive home (the back of the driver dash, the shifter where I had crumbs in the leather area, and lastly the cup holders for the two front seats. I think they closed the cup holder and my door to it is a bit jammed and they couldn't re-open it. I was a bit disappointed cause I knew they could clean it better than I can. Overall, they still amazed me with the job they did in a short time. I will definitely be back and told my friends how great it was! The lux package was $70 for a mid-size SUV; decently priced and comparable to other quotes I got. There was a small wait area with like 4 chairs. The AC wasn't blowing that cold so it was a bit warm. I think they could definitely improve on the wait area but still worth the service I received! Glad to see this place open on the neighborhood! They are located in the old gas station right behind the Target on South Main/South Braeswood in the med center!

I was there on a busy, beautiful Saturday afternoon and there were several cars ahead of me. The wait was well worth it because my car is sparkling clean inside & out. My tires look amazing. My vehicle was thoroughly cleaned very well. The waiting area could use some improvements. Currently it's just an open space inside with a few chairs. Additional chairs are needed because several people had to stand. Since they offer full detailing services, some customers may have extended wait times so they should have a comfortable place to wait. I know that this is a new business so I hope they will improve upon this area. They were playing great music and that made the wait even more enjoyable. You have the option to leave a cash tip or you can add the tip on your card when they process your payment. Competitive pricing, great service. Support this local business.,

Cons: the attendant who took my car told me it would be a 40 minute car wash which I figured it would take some time since it was a deluxe wash. It took TWO hours for my car to be done, and it is not even to the standard of what I paid for. All my windows have streaks. The outside of the car doesn't even looked like it got washed there's dirt on the back and side of my car still. I can't believe they considered this a deluxe wash. It's embarrassing.
