Couldn't ask for a better location, you could ask for decent service, though…read more At the corner of the crossroads coming into town, this could, under proper management become a first-rate business. However, since its opening and building a couple of years ago, it's rapidly showing its age. Aisles are cluttered, and the way the counter is arranged makes it difficult to stand in line without interrupting the flow of traffic into the store. Hate the bullet proof glass. What's the point of having bullet proof glass if the windows are always open? Not sure this place has anything that anyone would want steal anyway. The owner/manager/maharajah doesn't have the concept of shopkeeper and customer mastered. It's the customer that's doing the shopkeeper the favor by trading at this nasty place rather than the shopkeeper doing the customer a favor by taking his money. The clerk does not speak English very well at all. Usually, when someone in these types of retail establishments can't speak English, when they get to the part on how much money they owe you, that, they can speak clear as day. This guy does speak mumble, mumble, mumble. There's nothing more disgusting than someone behind a counter trying to speak to you and all you can see are all the rotted out teeth in his mouth, that is, unless you then notice all the bits of tobacco caught in what's left of his teeth. The station about a 1/4 of a mile down the road usually beats them by a penny or two on gas prices and I'm surprised this guy is still in business. Or, maybe his attitude has ruined his business so much that he can't afford to get his teeth fixed. Nasty, nasty, nasty. I believe this guy had great visions of the taj mahal when this was built. There are two little vacant stores built into this building. They have been vacant since this store opened. I bet the rent from these two smaller stores would pay most of the mortgage on the place. Now that didn't work, now did it? Maybe he could rent one out as a club or a funeral home. Or a combination club/funeral home. Then who wants to disco out to their final resting place would be able to lay in state with a mirror ball shining down with an ever present boom, boom, boom beat. I did find the outside of the building while not really dirty, not really clean either. The stripes on the parking needs redone as do the handicap parking spots. Maybe this guy spits his tobacco out there? Who knows? All in all, I suggest all small business owners to drop in here and have a look around. This is a prime example of how not to run a business.

This is a cool store I'm a regular customer over here before a month ago they appoint a new employe…read morehe is a very fluent in English and they don't have any modern store; but the great thing is that this store opens 24 hours . And that both employe night one and morning guy they are good on English than the before one . They are fluent in English and they giving a good service the manager himself doing a work and he will also help you if you asked anything. I was thinking to give an review about this before the 2 months but their's employe was very bad in attitude and all and now he is not working here so this is the best store in the place when you will feel that you are at home ; the both employes are very supportive and helpful and gentle . The plus point is that this store has a big parking plot and there are three easy enter exit a circle rout that you can go from behind the store . They hve a good 8 pumps and that's all straight so more than 1 vehicle can wait for their ; and the only 1 negative point is that if you are even 1 min late to the timing of selling beers stuffs than you will not able to get a beer. I visit everywhere around this area and believe me this is the only place that u will find a great ice cubes in ice cups . All I can say is if you have any questions about the employes and the store is not running good and they are very bad you can go and visit throw at evening time when they are too much busy but they would still serving a good they will never go mad on you . Yes if you go there at night time that night guy is older and good but he is little slow to serve bcos sometimes all customers know him so they told their stories and he told them jokes and it took a while but after all this store has all good ability that one store need that , except employees stores dress.

This is where Love's Travel Shop comes into play. Situated just to the South of the I-75 bypass for Macon, there are plenty of gas pumps and lots of space to stretch your legs. The times that I have been the bathrooms have been clean and I've not had a problem. I've had the hotdogs here, and they were also fine, particularly since I was able to use the adjoining Subway's seating area to sit down and eat them in peace. The one thing to watch out for is the truck congestion... they are a major trucking stop, and getting in and out of the parking lot can be interesting with all of the trucks going in and out as well. Just be forewarned, take your time, and you will be fine.

I admit this location is pretty busy than most and they know this because they built an extra lot for parking. The extra lot was open less than two weeks then it was closed. Leaving drivers to park wherever they can again. They also marked an extra spacing as a firelane that wasn't marked before. Truck drivers operate by a DOT clock and have to go by it to determine when to shut down. So the employees at loves and the tow truck co underwood towing are using it to make money for underwood. They come while drivers are asleep and hook up to their trucks and threaten to tow them unless they pay cash of 550$ and tell them if they tow the truck away it's 1100$. This is a warning to all truck drivers because I know in this economy we don't have money to give away especially with fuel and tire prices that have risen.

While I understand businesses may ask questions about service animals, the way this was handled was incredibly unprofessional. Krysta loudly questioned me in front of other customers and began reading questions from a paper about what tasks my dog performs. When I tried to explain that I have POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), she was dismissive and laughed, which was humiliating and embarrassing. Not all disabilities are visible. I felt singled out, judged, and treated with a lack of respect simply because I do not "look disabled." My dog was clearly identified as a service animal, and I even offered proof when questioned. What upset me most was not being asked a question, but the rude and public manner in which I was treated. No customer should be made to feel embarrassed because of a disability. Unfortunately, after this experience, I do not plan on returning.
