It's a 3 story building about a mile away from the main road (Eberswalder Straße), where the city bus will drop you off. It's walkable, but just barely; there aren't really any street lights at night. If you're arriving by train, I'd recommend just taking a cab; it'll be easier.
Hotel rooms are clean, functional, and large, by European standards (which means small by American standards). Rooms are 40 EUR/night, which includes a basic buffet breakfast. My room appears to have been recently remodeled (not sure if this is the case for the whole hotel, though). There's no Wi-Fi in the rooms, but there is Wi-Fi in the lobby. Someone is available 24/7, but it's not guaranteed that they'll speak English. Of the 5 or 6 people I dealt with, only two spoke English. Google Translate is your friend.
If you're looking for a bike, ask at the front desk; they'll get in touch with one of the bike rental places in-town a deliver a bike to the hotel in just a few hours. It was 10EUR/day, including delivery. They've got a bike rack just outside the main door and a bike shed out back if you're more worried. Major brownie points for both the bike delivery service and the bike shed.
I'll definitely stay here again next time I need to be in Finowfurt.
