Cash in the armrest and even laundry quarters in the tray were gone as well. I call police they say call them I call them they say call police. This was labor day last year. Im posting this now because I've been so disgusted. I paid them over 1400 for tow storage and my personal property worth 3500 stolen. It took me days and days in the summer heat to clean the mess the thief made to be sure my things were actually gone. So if you're missing your stuff from your car, you're not the only victim and they don't give af. I HATE thieves, that's the lowest form of human.

Inasmuch as I have knowledge and experience in electrical, I chose the other business for the service. I received an invoice for Caulfield service call, which was legitimate, but when I went into the store and spoke with Taylor Caulfield describing the action ( or inaction) his service personnel did, compared to the use of an ohm meter completed by the other company, Mr. Caulfield withdrew the request for payment regarding the service call. This was both appropriate and ethical. I will recommend Caulfield services based on this interaction.

I used these folks back in 2019, had a great experience, so decided to try them again. I'm so glad I did! I had a small electrical job that was beyond me. It wasn't a high priority, but it needed to be done. Here is what happened. Front-of-the House- I was touched by two very nice women. I could feel their great attitude over the phone. I could even sense their smile. I waited for ten days for an appointment because it was low priority and that was no problem. Service- Two great guys showed up. They were running a little behind but that was no problem because I was kept informed. They were friendly and competent and got the job done in under an hour. They cleaned up beautifully. They went out of their way to answer all my questions and make sure I was satisfied. The price was very fair as expected. Needless to say these fine folks are now my go-to guys for all my electrical work!
