Had a lot of rain and contacted them because the roof was leaking in our daughters bedroom.. that was October 11th , called several times and told they would call me back but still nothing . Big Job Done Right (and Lower Insurance Premiums)…read more Simpson Construction and Roofing replaced the roof on my single-story home and a very large detached garage in Lakeland, and the job was done right from start to finish. This was a major project. They completed a full reroof, upgraded me to peel-and-stick underlayment (sealed roof deck), replaced damaged decking and lumber, handled soffit/fascia repairs, and installed a solar garage fan. Everything was clearly explained, itemized, and fairly priced. The peel-and-stick upgrade alone resulted in significant insurance savings after my wind mitigation inspection, which made the upgrade more than worth it. The crew worked efficiently, kept the site clean, and the material quantities were accurate with almost no waste. No surprise charges, no pressure, and the finished roof looks great. If you're looking for a Central Florida roofing company that does quality work, communicates well, and delivers real value, I highly recommend Simpson Construction and Roofing. -- Kelly English

I know you don't want to experience that and neither do I. My patio has a lot of exposed wood beams and the God Damn wasps love to build nests on them so they can lie in wait for me and my loved ones. They especially like it when I BBQ. I decided to take the advice of many of my neighbors and enclose my wood beams with aluminum soffit and fascia. The wasps are not impressed with aluminum and it solved 95% of my wasp problem! I called one of my favorite contractors and he was out within a week for a very reasonable estimate. He promised to get it done the next week and he kept his promise! As you can see from my before-after pictures, the change is huge and the work beautiful. This is the second time I have used him, and I wouldn't hesitate to do so again!

Here is what transpired- Monday morning- A very nice guy arrived to diagnose the problem. In short order he said that my pump was deceased. He said the end was quick and there was very little pain. As I was drying my tears, he said I would receive a call that afternoon regarding next steps and off he went. Monday afternoon- Another very nice guy called me and opened by saying he was sorry for my loss. He detailed the cost of a new pump and said it needed to be ordered. I went with it. Tuesday- Nice guy #2 called back and said my new pump was in. Holy s**t that was fast! We arranged for the install the next day! Wednesday morning- Nice guy #1 showed up again and had the new pump installed and tested in a little over an hour. The price was as quoted and very fair and off he went.
