The customer service in person has always been fantastic, but that's just not enough to keep people coming back when they rely on someone picking up the phone to get information about their very important prescription. Part of having to deal with important prescriptions is that you expect a level of attentiveness and standards of practice which allow you to access the service which is being provided, and it should be easy in the case of prescriptions. To add to that, when you receive a text message saying your prescription is ready to pick up, you should honestly expect to be able to grab it and go. Not be told every single time that it's not ready and to come back in 15 minutes. It feels a whole lot to me every time this happens like it's on purpose to get me to walk around their store and buy other things. It's plain anti-consumer, and guess what.... I'm a consumer... just not one of theirs anymore. This isn't reflected upon the employees here, this is directly reflected on who is managing this location, as well as general Walmart policies that just suck, which we are all aware.
