Oxi Fresh is the best! It is enzyme-based and does the job! Our daughter stayed with her cat, and we had cat urine smells in two rooms. A technician came out and cleaned. It still had a cat urine smell, so I called the owner, Mike. He came out right away and spent extra time cleaning the cat urine. He eliminated that awful odor. He takes pride in his company and wants his customers to be happy. We have used his services on several different houses. He is reasonably priced, always punctual, efficient, and helpful. We have been 100% satisfied each time. The process is fast, so originally, I wondered if it would do the job. We picked Heaven's best due to the high ratings. We bought the house a month ago knowing the carpets needed cleaned due to pet stains left by the previous owner. After paying almost $600 for a cleaning the stains were still there. I put some cleaner on the stains and baking soda on top and the baking soda is pulling the stain out. See photos. Yes it's pretty gross after a cleaning. Then I used my Bissel shampooer in a couple of spot and the water it pulled out was black. I shouldn't have to do this after it was "professionally" cleaned for $600. I will say the young men that came out were very friendly and helpful and that's why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1

When the owner showed up to see the damage, he casually said that he would fully pay for replacement pillow covers. Because we are only seasonal residents, and the botched job took place just before we left for eight months, we weren't able to get replacements made until the following season. When presented with the bill, Brice claimed that too much time had elapsed and he wouldn't pay for the replacement. Why would that matter given he witnessed the ruined pillows four months earlier? This business cannot be trusted to perform work on fine fabrics and rugs, nor trusted to honor a commitment to pay for fabric ruined by employees.

Why she…read morehad thought it was okay to store paint in our master bedroom is a different story, but living with two large dogs and two small children should tell you the consequence of my painter's poor decision: a half gallon of paint poured directly onto our brand new carpet (only two weeks old). Fortunately, Medalist Cleaners responded fast. They told me to drop a damp/wet towel on the mess and wait for them to suck it clean with their industrial wet-vac. They arrived about an hour later and went to work. 30 minutes after that, they had the paint completely sucked up. The fellow doing the cleaning asked me to check it for my satisfaction and I got in there and really rubbed my fingers and palms down into the carpet and padding. My hands came away looking clean, though closer inspection reviewed a very tiny, almost invisible residue in the cracks of my hands. I asked them to give it a second cleaning and the fellow obliged.
