Both my fiancé AND my fiancé's attorney have tried to reach out to him numerous times to finalize our matter but Mr. Adkins refuses to do his part to close this chapter of our lives. He has held onto funds from the sale of a house despite the fact that there is a court signed order that specifically details how the proceeds should be disbursed. So I personally forwarded to him. After 5 days, he still did not respond. I followed up again, they said thetlyvreceived it, and would work on it. On the 6th day, I called again to follow up. His office said "oh I had no chance to talk to him yet. Can you send it again?" They showed no interest or capability to take care of my case and business. Awful service and attitude and communication! Extremely unorganized!
